2023 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets…Notched ten top ten finishes…Kicked off the season with a seventh and eighth place finishes in the 110-meter hurdles (16.22) and the 400-meter (54.91) at South Alabama Invitational…With a time of 3:30.37 his 4x400 team placed ninth at the 2023 Mississippi State Bulldog Relays…Cleared a height of 14' 1.25" (4.30m) to come in fifth at the Joey Haines Invite in the pole vault…At the Joe Walker Invite gained a total of 5979 total points in the decathlon to get the bronze medal, during the decathlon posted a first place finish in the long jump (21' 9", 6.63m) and third place finishes in the 400 (52.71), 110-meter hurdles (16.01), and the discus throw (98' 11", 30.16m)...Jumped for a distance of 21' 4.75" (6.52m) and cleared a height of 13' 10.5" (4.23m) in the long jump and pole vault for sixth and eighth at the Memphis Tiger Invite…During the OVC Championship placed ninth in the triple jump, jumping for a distance of 45' 11.75" (14.01m), placed fourth in the pole vault (13' 9.25", 4.20m) and the Decathlon with 6180 total points where he totaled five top three finishes during the event, third in the 100-meter (11.58), the 400 (51.96), and the javelin (146' 1", 44.54m), During the decathlon also notched a PR in the 110-meter hurdles (15.69, 2nd) and cleared a height of 14' 3.25" in the pole vault for first.
2023 Indoor: Competed in all eight meets…Posted eight top five finishes…Opened the season at the Edmonds-Wilt Invitational setting a personal record in the 500 with a time of 1:09.78 (7th), as well a fourth place finish in the 4x400 with a time of 3:25.77, and a long jump of 22’ 5.75”(6.85m)... In the 2023 Redhawks Invite he set a PR in the 55m hurdles with a time of 8.12 placing sixth, as well as placing third in the pole vault with a height of 13’5.25”(4.10)...Competed in the heptathlon at the John Gartland Invitational placing first overall, with first place finishes in the 60 (7.23) for a new PR, the long jump (22’ 6.5”, 6.87m), the 60m hurdles (9.40), and in pole vault at a height of 13’ 5.25”(4.10m), during the heptathlon he also set a personal record in the 1000 with a time of 3:00.20 for second… In the 2023 Indiana University Relays, set another personal record in the 200 at a time of 22.90, as well being part of the fifth place 4x400 team that ran a 3:19.75… During the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic set yet another personal record in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.62 (7th)… Attended the 2023 Redhawks Open and competed in the high jump 5’ 10.75’’ (1.80m) placing fourth and the pole vault 13’ 5’’ (4.09m)... At the OVC championship he competed in the Heptathlon where he placed third overall with overall score of 4696, with a long jump of 22’ 3’’ (6.78m) for first, a new PR in high jump of 6’ 1.25’’ (1.86m) for second, fourth in 60- meter hurdles of 8.80, and third in the pole vault 13’ 9.25’’ (4.20m).
2022 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets…Had five top five finishes…Set a PR in the 110 meter Hurdles with a time of 15.81 at the Ole Miss Invitational…Set another personal best in the javelin at the Joey Haines Invite with a throw of 150’ 0” (45.71M) earning 13th…In the decathlon, set a PR with a score of 6,224 total points while also setting a PR in the decathlon 1500 meter (5:00.22) at the Tennessee Relays…Finished second in the 4x100 (43.15) and set a PR in the discus throw with a throw of 108’ 8” (33.13m) at the Memphis Tiger Invitational…Placed second in the decathlon with a total score of 6,199 points while setting a new personal best in the 100 meter (11.204m)...Reached two more PRs in the long jump 22’ 11.75” (7.00m) and triple jump 46’ 2” (14.07m) while placing fifth in both of those events at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships.
2022 Indoor: Participated in eight meets…Placed among the top five a total of 11 times…Set a PR in the 55 meter hurdles with a time of 6.81 and won the 4x400 meter (3:34.72) at the Redhawks Invite…Finished third in the 4x400 with a time of 3:25.76 at the John Gartland Invitational…At the Indiana Relays, set a new personal best in the heptathlon scoring 4,747 points to get fourth...Set two more PRs in the heptathlon high jump at 6’ 0.75” (1.85m) and in the heptathlon 1000 meter with a time of 3:00.76 in that meet…Took fourth in the 55 meter hurdles (8.21) in the preliminaries which was a new personal best and second in the pole vault with a vault of 14’ 1.25” (4.30m) at the Redhawks Open…At the OVC Indoor Championships, placed second in the heptathlon with a total score of 4,738 points while also setting four PRs in the heptathlon 60 meter (7.27), heptathlon shot put (33’ 5.25”) (10.19m), heptathlon 60 meter hurdles (8.66), and heptathlon pole vault (14’ 9”) (4.50m).

2021 Outdoor: Competed in nine outdoor competitions in 2021...Recorded three personal bests at the 2021 Joey Haines Invite. 147’ 11” (4.15m) in the Javelin, 13’7.25 (4.15m) in the Pole Vault and 11.40 in the men’s 100 meter dash resulted in a 14th, 7th and 14th place finish respectively…Placed ninth at the Sycamore Open in the men’s 200 meter competition with a mark of 22.98 a personal best…Two personal bests at the 2021 Kentucky Invitational in the 400 and the 110 meter hurdles with times of 51.30 and 15.85 respectively…At the Ohio Valley Conference Championship placed fourth in the Decathlon with an overall score of 6127 a personal best. Along with a personal best in the triple jump (46’ 0.75”) and the Long Jump (22’ 11.25”) to round out the championship.
2021 Indoor: Competed in three indoor competitions in 2021…Recorded a new personal best in the Long Jump with a 21’ 10” mark (6.65m) to finish third at the Redhawks Invite…Recorded a personal best in the Pole Vault at the Redhawks Open with a final mark of 12’ 11” (3.94m). Then recorded a new personal best in the 55-meter hurdles with a time of 8.34 for a sixth-place finish. Lastly, recorded a personal best in the 400-meter dash with an overall time of 55.77 which saw a third-place finish…At the Fred Wilt Invitational recorded a personal best in the 60-meter hurdle with a time of 8.85 and a seventh-place finish.
