2023 Cross Country: Ran her lone race in 24:22.0 at the Gans Creek Classic placing 175th but eighth for the SEMO women as they finished 18th overall.

2023 Outdoor: Ran in six meets…Had five top-ten finishes…Opened the season at the Joey Haines Invite placing sixth in the 1500-meter with a run of 4:56.79…During the Cougar Classic ran a time of 2:18.50 placing fourth in the 800-meter…Placed third in the 4x400 crossing the finish line in 3:52.78 and finished in fifth place in the 800-meter with a time of 2:17.16 at the Memphis Tiger Invitational…Recorded a new personal best with a run of 4:40.08 at the 2023 Outdoor OVC Championships in the 1500-meter.

2023 Indoor: Ran in seven meets…Posted seven top-five finishes and four top-two finishes…At the 2023 Redhawks Invite placed second in the 4x400 meter with a time of 4:15.13, In the 800-meter came in fourth place with a run of 2:27.81. At the John Gartland Invitational set a PR in the mile with a run of 5:23.89, later at the event placed second in the 4x400 timing in at 4:02.88. At the 2023 Indiana University Relays placed fourth with her team in the 4x400 with a time of 3:55.57…Crossed the line a 3:52.65 (6th) in the 4x400 at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic…Brought home the Silver medal in the distance medley (12:37.41) at the Hoosier Hills Invite… At the Indoor OVC championship placed first with her squad in the DMR with a team run of 11:54.51.

2022 Cross Country: Ran in three meets…Finished in the SEMO top ten twice…In the first meet of the season notched a PR in the 4k with a time of 15:14.7 for 10th at the Redhawks Invitational as the women finished first out of eight teams…At the Bradley Pink Classic crossed the line at 23:34.0 in the 6k for 38th but sixth in the SEMO women.

2022 Outdoor: Competed in six meets…Finished the 800 meters in 2:27.29 at the Ole Miss Classic (3/25-26)…Ran in the 1,500 meters (5:10.75, 35th) and 4x400 meter relay (4:16.29, ninth) at that meet…Posted a 1,500 meters time of 4:47.15 (47th) at the Indiana Invitational (4/22-23)…Finished ninth in the 1,500 meters in 4:53.77 at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships (5/11-13)…Qualified for third in the event with a PR time of 4:46.01…Also posted a personal best 800 meters (2:15.42) during the prelims.

2022 Indoor: Ran in seven meets…Posted six top-five finishes…Won the 600 meters in 1:45.72 at the Fred Wilt Invitational (12/4)…Took first in the DMR at the John Gartland Invitational (1/21-22) in 12:56.95…Also had an 800 meters time of 2:27.82 (12th)…Completed the 800 meters in 2:21.20 (34th) at the Indiana Relays (1/28-29)…Was fifth in the DMR (12:07.92) and eighth in the 4x400 meter relay (4:00.76) in that meet…Was third in both the 800 meters (2:21.19) and 4x400 meter relay (3:55.93) at the Hoosier Hills (2/11)… Earned Bronze in the DMR at the OVC Indoor (2/23-24) in 12:07.00…Was also sixth in the 4x400 meter relay (3:53.27) and ran in the prelims for the 800 meters (2:20.40, 10th).

2021 Cross Country: Competed in three meets in the Fall of 2021…At the Soybean Invitational set a personal best in the 3M, finishing in 18:59.4 (19th)…Set a new personal best in the women’s 5k at the Louisville Classic, crossing the line in 19:34.5 (72nd).

2021 Outdoor: Ran in nine meets…Had five top-five finishes and 11 top-10 finishes…Took fourth in the 800 meters at the South Alabama Invitational (3/12) in 2:19.97 to open the season… Finished second in the 4x400 meter relay (4:02.79) and fourth in the 800 meters (2:18.33) at the Southern Illinois Bill Cornell Invite (3/19-20)…Took second in the 4x800 meter relay in 9:10.64 at the Tennessee Relays (4/8-10)…Also posted an 800 meters time of 2:16.31 (19th)…Set a career-best 1,500 meters mark of 4:48.13 (10th) at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational (4/16-17)…Crossed the finish in 4:52.39 (10th) in the 1,500 meters at the 2021 OVC Track & Field Championship (5/13-15)…Also ran in the prelims for the 800 meters (2:16.23).

2021 Indoor: Ran in two meets…Finished fourth in the mile at the Sycamore Team Challenge (1/30) in a personal-best 5:27.59…Won the 800 meters at the Redhawks Open (2/20) in 2:23.67.

2020-21 Cross Country: Ran in one meet…Completed the 5K at the Eastern Illinois Spring Open (2/6) in a career-best 20:18.1 (23rd).

2020 Indoor: Ran in seven meets…Had five top-five finishes and two first-place finishes…Won the 4x400 meter relay (4:14.68) in her Redhawks debut at the season-opening SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/6/19)…Also was the runner-up in the 800 meters in 2:28.71…Finished second in the 4x800 meter relay in 10:07.66 at the Missouri Intercollegiate (1/17)…Placed fifth in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 4:07.00 at the Illini Invitational (1/24-25)…Set a personal record in the 600 meters at the 2020 Indiana University Relays (1/31-2/1), finishing the race in 1:40.77 (13th)…Took first in the 600 meters at the 2020 Redhawks Open (2/21) in 1:42.90…Ran in the preliminaries for the 800 meters (2:21.37, 16th) at the 2020 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/26-27).
