2023 Cross Country: Ran in five races…Was named to the Ohio Valley Conference First-Team…Placed in the top ten twice and the SEMO top five all meets she ran in…Posted new personal bests in every race…Started the season off with a silver medal at the Redhawk Invite, crossing the finish line at 14:25.0…At the John McNichols 5k race placed second for the SEMO women (30th overall) with a time of 18:21.6 helping the women team finish in seventh…Placed third and second for the SEMO women at the Gans Creek Classic with a time of 23:25.8 (117th) and the Angel Mounds Invitational recording a time of 22:17.3 while placing 15th…Ended the season earning her first OVC laurels with a finishing 6k time of 21:50.59 for seventh overall and second for the SEMO women at the Ohio Valley Championships.
2023 Outdoor: Ran in six meets…Posted ten top-five finishes including nine top-three finishes…Opened the season at the Mississippi State Bulldog Relay placing second in the 1500-meter with a run of 4:32.81, fifth in the 4x400 (4:03.14), and second in the 4x800 crossing the finish line at 9:01.34 which broke the Southeast Missouri State School record…Recorded two second place finishes at the Joey Haines Invite, in the 1500-meter (4:40.70) and in the 4x400 with a time of 3:56.79…At the 2023 Billy Hayes Invitational set a new personal record in the 1500-meter running for a time of 4:23.52 placing second…Set a new PR in the 800-meter with a time of 2:08.34 at the 2023 Outdoor OVC Championships and placed second in the 1500-meter with a run of 4:30.82 and second in the 4x400 relay race finishing in 3:46.76.
2023 Indoor: Ran in six meets…Posted ten top-five finishes and seven first place finishes…Won one OVC female track athlete of the week…Won OVC female athlete of the championships and OVC female track athlete of the year… At the 2023 Redhawks Invite finished first with a time of 5:09.69 in the Mile, and placed fourth in the 4x400 with a time of 4:40.38…Set a PR while placing first in the 3000-meter at the John Gartland Invitational, finishing with a time of 9:58.28…At the 2023 Indiana University Relays finished in eighth with a run of 4:57.00 in the mile and placed sixth in the distance medley relay with a finish of 11:52.61…At the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic finished in first while setting a new personal best in the 800-meter 2:10.56…Set another PR at the Hoosier Hills in the mile with a time of 4:48.41 (1st) which broke the school record and placed second in the distance medley relay 12:37.41… At the Indoor OVC championship she competed in the 800- meter with a run of 2:12.99 finishing first, mile of 4:55.14 with another first place finish and in the DMR where her squad battled for a first for a run of 11:54.5.
2022 Cross Country: Ran in six meets…Achieved two top five finishes…Finished in the SEMO top five six times…Opened the season with a PR in the 4k placing fifth, crossing the line at 14:28.3 at the Redhawks Cross Country Invitational as the women finished first out of eight teams…Notched a second place finish (18:56.0) just behind her own teammate at the McKendree Bearcat Classic where the women also took first out of seven as a team…Posted two new personal bests in a span of 14 days, the first coming in the 5k where she ran a 18:28.1 (156th) at the Louisville Classic, the second in the 6k at the Bradley Pink Classic (22:35.7)...Placed 24th overall but third in the SEMO women at the OVC Championship, running the 6k in 23:31.7 where the team finished fourth out of ten…Finished the 6k in 22:53.5 for 170th but second for the SEMO women at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Championships.
2022 Outdoor: Ohio Valley Conference 1500m Champion...Competed in six meets…Had seven top-five finishes…Set a new SEMO 4x800 meter relay program record of 9:02.86 at the Tennessee Relays (4/7-9)…Posted a PR 1,500 meters time of 4:29.73 (23rd) at the Indiana Invitational (4/22-23)…Also added an 800 meters mark of 2:11.82 (15th)…Took third in the 800 meters in 2:20.89 and was fourth in the 4x400 meter relay (4:02.40) at the Memphis Tiger Invitational (4/29-30)…Captured Gold in the 1,500 meters at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships (5/11-13) in 4:34.55 after qualifying first overall…Finished fifth in the 800 meters in 2:13.75 following the second-fastest qualifying time (2:11.70, PR).
2022 Indoor: Ran in five meets…Had six top-five finishes…Opened the season with a third-place showing in the 800 meters (2:24.12), fourth in the mile (5:23.61) and second in the 4x400 meter relay (4:21.68) at the Redhawks Invite (1/15)…Won the DMR in 12:56.95 at the John Gartland Invitational (1/21-22)…Was also fifth in the mile (5:14.04)…Set a personal best mile time of 5:03.07 (22nd) at the Indiana University Relays (1/28-29)…Earned Bronze in the DMR at the OVC Indoor Championships (2/23-24) in 12:07.00…Took sixth in the mile in 5:15.75.
2021 Cross Country: Competed in six meets in the Fall of 2021…Set a personal best at the Soybean Invitational in the 3M finishing in 20:05.4 (30th)…Set a personal best at the Louisville Classic in the women’s 5K with a 19:40.2 finish (80th)…At the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships set a personal best in the women’s 6k finishing in 23:34.9.
2021 Outdoor: Ran in six meets…Opened the outdoor season with a time of 5:06.23 in the 1,500 meters at the Southern Illinois Bill Cornell Invite (3/19-20)…Improved upon her 1,500 meters mark (5:01.08, 16th) at the 2021 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (4/2-3)…Also completed the 4x400 meter relay in 4:08.84…Set career-best marks in the 800 meters (2:21.04, 22nd) and 1,500 meters (4:52.39, 12th) at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational (4/16-17)…Concluded the 1,500 meters in 5:11.01 (12th) at the 2021 OVC Track & Field Championship (5/13-15).
2021 Indoor: Competed in three meets…Took fifth in the mile in a personal-best time of 5:28.20 at the Sycamore Team Challenge (1/30) in her Redhawks debut…Won the 800 meters at the Redhawks Invite (2/5) in 2:24.09…Also notched a career-best 200 meters mark of 29.91 (11th)…Concluded the indoor season with 2:29.08 in the 800 meters at the Redhawks Open (2/20).

Prep: Attended Mt. Zion High School…Lettered all four years at Mt. Zion, competing in the 400 meters (1:01.38), 4x400 meter relay, 800 meters (2:20.09) and 4x800 meter relay…Coached by her mother, Kelly Fox, at Mt. Zion…Earned All-State honors for the 4x800 meter relay and 800 meters as a junior…Also was All-Conference in 4x800 meter relay…As a sophomore, she was named All-State in the 4x800 meter relay after capturing All-Conference accolades for the 4x800 meter relay, 800 meters and the 1,600 meters…Awarded All-Conference for the 4x800 meter relay in her freshman season…Helped Mt. Zion finish seventh at state as a team in 2019…Also competed in Cross Country and played Basketball…Earned All-Conference status for Cross Country all four years and was a state qualifier in 2018 and 2019…Helped the Basketball team capture a Regional Championship in 2020…Competed for the Vipers club team where she was coached by Marques Lowe…Garnered the Women of Will Award…Was a member of the National Honor Society…Graduated from Mt.
