2025 Outdoor: Competed in six meets...Collected three top-10 finishes...Opened the outdoor season at the Ole Miss Invitational competing in the 1,500-meter and 3,000-meter races. In the 1,500 he finished in 41st with a time of 4:11.79. In the 3K he finished 14th with a time of 9:14.16...Set a PR in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the SIUE Cougar Classic with a time of 9:44.33 and a fifth place finish...Also ran the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Clark Wood Open and finished 14th with a time of 9:45.59...Set a personal best at the Memphis Tigers Invitational in the 1,500-meter race with a 4:05.54 and finished in eighth...At the OVC Outdoor Championships he finished eighth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase running it in 9:55.25.

2025 Indoor: Competed in two meets...He opened the season at the Show-Me Showdown and competed in the 3,000-meter race. He finished 10th with a time of 8:57.32...His second meet was the Rick McGuire Invitational where he finished seventh in the 5,000-meter race with a time of 15:36.71.

2024 Cross Country: Competed in all six meets…Scored for the SEMO men once during the season…Opened the season with a PR in the 5k placing 38th with a time of 16:57.6…During the UT Martin OVC Preview finished in 26:43.0 in the 8k race…During the 8k race at the Gans Creek Classic crossed the finish line in 26:25.3…Finished with a time of 26.17.8 at the Angel Mounds Invitational during the 8k race…At the OVC Championships placed 66th in the 8k with a time of 26:52.3…Recorded a time of 34:33.2 in the 10k at the NCAA Midwest Regional.  

2024 Outdoor: Ran in six meets…Posted two top ten performances…Opened the season at the Ole Miss Classic finishing with a time of 9:48.25 in the 3000 steeplechase (6th)...In the 5000-meter at the Joey Haines invite, placed 6th crossing the finish line in 16:18.58…At the Memphis Tiger Invitational ran a time of 4:12.66 placing 14th in the 1500-meter…During the 2024 Ohio Valley Outdoor Championships posted a time of 9:51.01 in the 3000-meter steeplechase placing 12th.

2024 Indoor: Competed in one meet.

2023 Cross Country: Ran in two meets…Placed 21st at the Redhawks Invite with a time of 20:25.1 in the 6k as the SEMO men finished first overall…Finished with a 8k time of 26:28.4 (247th) at the Angel Mounds Invite as the men placed fourth as a team.

2023 Outdoor: Did not Compete

2023 Indoor: Ran in five meets…Recorded four top ten finishes…During the 2023 Redhawks Invite he placed fourth in the 3000-meter with a time of 9:04.16…Finished in fourth place in the 5000 meter (15:31.73 ) at the John Gartland Invitational…Set a PR at the 2023 Indiana University Relays placing seventh in the 5000-meter (15:28.11)...At the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic set a new PR in the mile with a run of 4:20.94.. At the Hoosier Hills meet he set another PR in the 3000-meter with a run of 8:46.56 while placing 10th in the event.

2022 Cross Country: Ran in all six meets…Posted two top-five finishes for the SEMO men…Started the season with a new personal best in the 6k, running for a time of 19:44.0 placing 24th at the Redhawks XC Invitational where the SEMO men placed second as a team…At the Mckendree Bearcat Classic finished ninth overall with a time of 26:11.3 in the 8k…Placed 234th overall but fifth for the SEMO men in the 8k at the Louisville classic with a time of 26:02.5…Posted a time of 25.52.9 at the Bradley Pink Classic finishing in 204th in the 8k…During the 2022 OVC Cross Country Championships ran in the 8k placing in 61st with a time of 27:38.3…At the NCAA Midwest Region Championships ran a time of 33:00.7 (183rd) in the 10k which was fast enough for a new PR and placed fourth for the SEMO men.

2022 Outdoor: Competed in six meets…Opened the campaign with a personal best 2,000 meter
steeplechase of 6:27.15 (11th) at the Ole Miss Classic (3/25-26)…Also finished the 800 meters in
2:02.74 (41st)…Notched a PR 3,000 meter steeplechase time of 9:45.26 (14th) at the 2022 Indiana
Invitational (4/22-23)…Took fifth in the 5,000 meters in 15:56.67 at the Memphis Tiger Invitational 
(4/29-30)…Scored for the Redhawks in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the 2022 OVC Indoor Track
& Field Championships (2/23-24), finishing sixth in 9:48.73.
 
2022 Indoor: Ran in five meets…Opened the season with a PR in the mile of 4:37.74 at the 2022 Redhawks Invite (1/15)…Also was fourth in the 3,000 meters (9:19.81)…Won the 3,000 meters at the 2022 Don DeNoon Invite (2/5) in 9:04.33…Improved on that event with a career best mark of 8:57.12 (13th) at the 2022 Hoosier Hills (2/11)…Completed the 5,000 meters at the 2022 OVC Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/23-24) in a personal best 15:39.65 (15th).

2021 Cross Country: Competed in six meet in the Fall of 2021…At the Soybean Invitational recorded a new personal best in the 4M, with an overall time of 21:35.7 (34th)…Competed at the ISU Redbird Invitational (8K, 27:52.2, 103rd) and the Golden Eagle Invitational (8K, 27:39.8, 24th)…Set a new personal best at the 2021 OVC Championship finishing the 8K race in 27:19.2 (51st)…Recorded a 10K personal best at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships with a 34:39.7 finishing time (184th).

2021 Outdoor: Ran in five meets…Made Redhawks outdoor track & field debut at the Southern Illinois Bill Cornell Invite (3/19-20), finishing 4:12.79 (17th) in the 1,500 meters…Set a personal-best 800 meters in 2:01.47 (18th) at the 2021 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (4/2-3)…Also notched a PR time of 4:08.89 (18th) in the 1,500 meters at the Sycamore Open (4/24)…Concluded the season with a career-high 5,000 meters mark of 16:08.78 (20th) at the 2021 OVC Track & Field Championship (5/13-15).
 
2020-21 Cross Country: Ran in two meets…Made Redhawks debut with a personal-best 8K time of 27:27.7 (36th) at the Eastern Illinois Spring Open (2/6)… Was clocked at 24:52.6 (31st) in the 4.5 mile race at the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagle Invitational (2/19).

Prep: Attended Notre Dame Regional High School in Cape Girardeau, Missouri…Lettered all four years in Cross Country and Track & Field…Posted a track & field 1,600 meters time of 4:37…Won the conference championship in the 800 meters…Holds the Notre Dame school record for the Distance Medley Relay…Notched a cross country 5K mark of 16:48…Earned Cross Country All-Conference honors all four years…Was named All-District for Cross Country as a junior…Also played basketball and baseball…Awarded the Presidential Scholarship and Bright Flight Scholarship…Graduated from Notre Dame with Summa Cum Laude honors in 2020.
 
Personal: Born May 15, 2002…Son of Adrian Eftink and Kim Eftink, who are both Southeast Missouri State University alumni…Ran 18 miles on his 18th birthday…Majoring in Finance at SEMO.
