2023 Cross Country: Ran in every meet…Was named 2023 OVC Female Athlete of the Year and earned First Team All OVC Honors…Was named OVC Female Runner of the Week three times…Broke the SEMO 6k record three times…Placed in the top ten in five races and top three in three races, two being first place finishes…Led the SEMO women every single race and achieved a new PR in all but one meet…Started the season off hot winning the Redhawk XC Invite and achieving a new PR in the 4k with a time of 14:06.4 as the women finished first overall…Placed sixth while recording a new personal record in the 5k (17:35.3) at the John McNichols Invite and helped the women finish in seventh…Broke the SEMO 6k record in back-to-back-to-back races…The first came at the Gans Creek Classic, crossing the line at 21:12.5 for tenth overall…The Second at the Angel Mounds Invitational where she placed third and notched a 21:12.0 finish helping the women finish fourth overall…The third on the biggest stage at the Ohio Valley Championship when she ran the 6k race in 20:42.77 and became just fourth female in SEMO history to win the meet, while the women placed third overall…Ended the season on a high note at the NCAA Midwest Regional placing in the top 80, crossing the line at 22:08.1 for 77th.
2023 Outdoor: Ran in seven meets…Posted four top-three finishes…Recorded a fourth place finish in the 3000-meter at Mississippi State Bulldog Relays with a run of 10:30.27…Posted a time of 17:13.87 and a first place finish in the 5000-meter at the 2023 Joey Haines Invite..At the Memphis Tiger Invitational placed second the 5000-meter and set a new personal best with a run of 17:09.14…At the 2023 Outdoor OVC Championships recorded two second place finishes, in the 5000-meter for a time of 17:34.91 and in the 10000-meter (37:23.09) which was a new PR.
2023 Indoor: Ran in six meets…Posted five top-five finishes and four top-two finishes…Started the season running at the 2023 Redhawks Invite and set a new PR in the 3000 meter finishing in second place with a time of 10: 07.17…At the John Gartland Invitational picked up a first place finish in the distance medley relay with a time of 13:33.64 and set a PR in the Mile for a time of 5:01.51 with a second place finish…Recorded a first place finish in the DMR finishing with a time of 11:54.51, eighth place in the 3000-meter (10:13.27), and placed fifth in the mile run with a run of 5:03.34 at the 2023 Indoor OVC Championships.
2022 Cross Country: Ran in all six meets…Posted three impressive top ten finishes…Placed in the SEMO top five every single meet and lead the SEMO women four times…Opened the season with a PR 4k time of 14:38.9 and a sixth place finish at the Redhawks Cross Country Invitational as the women finished first out of eight teams…Grabbed the gold at the McKendree Bearcat Classic in the 5k (18:41.3) where the women as a team took first place again...Posted a new PR in the 5k with a 18:14.9 finish (120th) at the Louisville Classic…Ran her first 6k in 22:17.9 (133rd) at the Bradley Pink Classic…Led the SEMO women but placed fifth overall at the OVC Championship, crossing the line at 22:11.5 to help the team achieve fourth place overall…Ended the season with a PR in the 6k at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships with a 21:40.7 (90th) time but finished first in the SEMO women.
2022 Outdoor: Ran in six meets…Notched four top-five finishes…Posted a PR 800 meters time of 2:25.47 (18th) and concluded the 1,500 meters in 4:50.53 (17th) at the Ole Miss Classic (3/25-26)…Finished second in the 1,500 meters at the Joey Haines (4/1-2) in 4:44.24…Set a new SEMO 4x800 meter relay program record of 9:02.86 at the Tennessee Relays (4/7-9)…Completed the 5,000 meters in a personal best 17:18.21 (23rd) at the Indiana Invitational (4/22-23)…Took fifth in the 1,500 meters at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships (5/11-13) in a personal best 4:39.81…Was also seventh in the 5,000 meters in 17:44.83 and scored for the Redhawks in both events.
2022 Indoor: Ran in five meets…Had seven top-five finishes…Finished second three times…Began the season with a second-place finish in the mile (5:21.88) and fourth in the 3,000 meters (11:06.64) at the Redhawks Invite (1/15)…Set a PR in the mile, finishing in 5:01.59 for sixth at the Hoosier Hills (2/11)…Also was second in the DMR (13:01.05)…Earned Bronze in the DMR at the OVC Indoor Championships (2/23-24) in 12:07.00…Took fourth in the mile (5:02.78) and completed the 3,000 meters in 10:31.03 (12th).
2021 Cross Country: Did not compete in the Fall of 2021.
2021 Outdoor: Ran in two meets…Set career-best times in the 1,500 meters (4:54.53, eighth) and 800 meters (2:26.74, 15th) at the Southern Illinois Bill Cornell Invite (3/19-20).
2020-21 Cross Country: Ran in all four meets…Finished in the SEMO top-five three times…Opened the campaign with a 5K time of 19:32.3 (17th) at the Redhawks Invitational (1/23) as the women finished first out of five teams…Crossed the finish in 19:40.8 (14th) at the Eastern Illinois Spring Open (2/6)…Posted a season-best 5K mark of 19:26.9 (18th) at Tennessee Tech’s Golden Eagle Invitational (2/19)…Completed the 5K at the 2020-21 OVC Cross Country Championship (3/1) in 21:21.0 (35th).
2020 Indoor: Ran in seven meets…Had five top-five finishes…Made her Redhawks debut at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/6/19), competing in the mile and 3,000 meters (11:44.79, fourth)…Finished runner-up in the mile in a personal-best 5:22.92…Was a member of the second place 4x800 meters relay team (10:07.66) at the Missouri Intercollegiate (1/17)…Also was fourth in the mile (5:27.95)…Placed third overall in the 3,000 meters with a career-best mark of 10:20.60 at the Illini Invitational (1/24-25)…Set a personal-record 5,000 meters time of 18:02.10 at the 2020 Indiana University Relays (1/31-2/1)…Competed in the 3,000 meters (10:34.66, 18th) and 5,000 meters (18:36.24, 14th) at the 2020 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/26-27)…Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
