2023 Outdoor: Ran in four meets…Finished the season with three top ten performances…Placed ninth and eighth in the 5000 at the Mississippi State Relays (15:50.52) and the Joey Haines invite (15:13.04)...Crossed the line in the 3000 at 9:24.70 (13th) at the Cougar Classic…Ran the 5000-meter in 16:11.45 for ninth at the Memphis Tiger Invite.
2023 Indoor: Ran in five meets…Placed in the top five at three meets…In the 2023 Redhawks Invite meet ran a time of 8:49.16 (2nd) in the 3000… In the John Gartland Invitational earned a bronze medal in the 5000 for a 15:30.51 finish… Competed in the 2023 Redhawks Open and placed first in the mile while setting a new PR of 4:29.89.
2022 Cross Country: Ran in all six meets…Began the season with a seventh place finish and a new PR in the 6k at the Redhawks XC Invitational running a time of 18:46.2, finishing in third for the SEMO men…Placed fourth overall and third for SEMO at the McKendree Bearcat Classic in the 8k (25:47.6) where SEMO placed first as a team…During the Louisville Classic ran for a time of 26:13.9 in the 8k placing 249th…Set a new personal record in the 8k at the Bradley Pink Classic crossing the finish line in 24:58.7 placing 110th overall but finishing first for the SEMO men’s team…Finished with a time of 26:15.5 at the 2022 OVC Cross Country Championships finishing in 24th place overall and second for SEMO…At the NCAA Midwest Region Championships ran a time of 31:37.5 for a new PR, a 124th overall finish, and a first place finish for SEMO.
2022 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets…Finished fourth in the 5,000 meters in 15:47.93 at the Joey Haines Invite (4/1-2)…Completed the 4x400 meter relay in 3:41.07 (11th) during that meet…Took third in the 5,000 meters (15:21.54) at the Redbird Challenge (4/15-16)…Completed the 10,000 meters in 33:10.99 (11th) at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships (2/23-24)…Also finished the 5,000 meters in 15:30.02 (15th).
2022 Indoor: Ran in five meets…Took ninth in the mile in 4:47.39 at the Redhawks Invite (1/15)…Ran the 5,000 meters in 15:24.67 (17th) at the Indiana Relays (1/28-29)…Set a PR in the 3,000 meters of 8:35.21 for seventh at the Hoosier Hills (2/11)…Completed the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:52.88 (13th) and the 5,000 meters in 15:34.16 (13th) at the OVC Indoor Championships (2/23-24).
2021 Cross Country: Competed in six events in the Fall of 2021…Finished fourth overall at the Soybean Invitational 4M with a personal-best time of 19:53.5…Set a new personal best in the men’s 8K at the Louisville Classic, finishing in 25:22.0 for 20th place…At the Ohio Valley Championship 8K finished the race in 26:46.5 (40th).
