Southeast Missouri soccer team plays sixth straight road game at Saint Louis University Wednesday at 7 p.m. before returning home Sunday for senior day against Belmont at 1 p.m.
SERIES HISTORY
Saint Louis
SEMO and SLU have only met five times in the past with the last matchup coming in 2012. The Redhawks and Billikins have tied the past two matchups with both teams unable to find the back of the net. The series dates back to 2005 in which SLU won 1-0.
Belmont
The Redhawks and Bruins have met 18 times in the past mostly as OVC foes, but when SEMO and Belmont played in the 2025 season it was the first time since Belmont left the league. The Bruins snagged a 1-0 win at home. The series dates back to 2001 in which the Redhawks won 3-0.

Madison Geisler
Geisler played four years at SEMO and has played in 21 games. For her career she has a 1.96 goals against average and 103 saves and carries a .746 save percentage. Geisler has logged 1608:12 minutes in goal and has collected four shutouts. Her most saves in a single game was 15 at Xavier which ranks second in school history for most saves in a single game.
Sophie Shrum
Shrum has made 22 appearances as a Redhawk across four seasons. She missed most of the 2025 season recovering with an injury but came back for the last four games and recorded a shot on goal. In her career she has taken two shots with one on goal and racked up 1120 minutes.
Kristin Anderson
Anderson has made 21 appearances in her four years at SEMO despite missing the entire 2025 season recovering from an injury. Playing on he backline she has made 14 starts and racked up 1368 minutes. In the 2024 season she made 14 starts.
Laia Amat
Amat is in her second season as a Redhawk and was named as an OVC Player to Watch for the 2026 season. She has made 22 appearances for SEMO which includes 14 starts. She has recorded two points with two assists at Western Illinois in the 2025 season.
Hayley Hogenmiller
Hogenmiller is also in her second season on SEMO and in her first season she led the team with four goals and 10 points. She scored against Little Rock (9/25), Southern Indiana (9/25) and at Western Illinois (10/9) in the 2025 season. So far she has scored once in 2026 in the season opener with the game winning goal against Southern Illinois.
Olivia Klinkhardt
Klinkhardt is in her second season as a Redhawk after joining the team during the 2025 season. Despite not playing any collegiate soccer her freshman year, she transferred to SEMO and joined the program. Last season she played 1312 minutes and has yet to come off the field in 2026. Holding down the backline as a center back she has had one assist in her career so far which came at Western Illinois in the 2025 season.
Last Time Out
The Redhawks fell to Missouri 5-0 and was outshot 16-1. Olivia Klinkhardt was the lone Redhawk to play the full 90 minutes at center back, but SEMO used a season high 26 players making an appearance in the match. SEMO also travelled to Stillwater Oklahoma and fell 2-0 on the road to Big 12 Conference member Oklahoma State. The Redhawks went down 1-0 but in the 55th minute Maci Hatzenbuehler scored, but the goal was taken off due to a coach's challenge.
Season Debut
The past two games, senior goalkeeper Madison Geisler made her season debut. She relieved Natalie Allison at halftime of the game against Missouri and made two saves on four shots. She went on to start the match at Oklahoma State and played the full 90 minutes and made six saves on eight shots on goal.
