STILLWATER, Okla. — Southeast Missouri lost to Oklahoma St. 2-0 on Sunday. The Redhawks were limited to one shot and none on goal while facing 25 shots, including eight on target, and recording six saves.

The Redhawks spent much of the first half defending Oklahoma St. pressure, with Madison Geisler making three saves as Oklahoma St. attempted 12 shots. Oklahoma St. broke through at 27:31 on Sonora De Fini's goal, assisted by Taryn Thibeau and Keaton Mitchell. Southeast Missouri earned a corner less than two minutes later and Alyssa Schulte put a shot over the top, but the visitors went into halftime trailing 1-0.

In the second half, Madison Geisler made three saves as the Redhawks spent much of the half defending Oklahoma St. pressure, with the home side continuing to create shots and corner kicks. Oklahoma St. broke through again at 83:22 when Keaton Mitchell scored off Sonora De Fini's assist, making it 2-0. Southeast Missouri finished the half without a goal, and Oklahoma St. closed out the 2-0 result.
