FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Southeast Missouri Track and Field squads will send five athletes to compete at the West First Round Qualifying which kicks off Wednesday.
Opening the meet for SEMO,
Sullivan Gleason is set to compete in the pole vault at 7 p.m.,
Jonas Davis will open the track program with the 400m dash at 7:25 p.m. and
Cole Reinders will follow at 7:50 p.m.

Other Qualifiers
Anna Thomason and
Matt Pluff also qualified and will compete later in the week with Thomason competing Thursday in the 100m hurdles at 6 p.m. and
Matt Pluff high jumps at 2 p.m. on Friday.
Past Regional Qualifiers
The Redhawks have had a strong showing at the regional meet. In the past three seasons 24 Redhawks have competed with seven in 2025, nine in 2024 and eight in 2023. Gleason is the lone athlete who is returning to the preliminary qualifiers as he qualified last season. Gleason finished 33
rd in the pole vault last season after clearing 16-5.5

Gleason and Pluff will look to compete for a spot at the national meet, while the track runners will need to qualify through two rounds. The quarterfinals for the 400m dash for Davis will be on Friday at 6:50 p.m. if he qualifies and Reinders's 800m quarterfinal is set to follow Friday at 7:05 p.m. Thomason's quarterfinal for the 100m hurdles is set for Saturday at 6:15 p.m.
