Redhawks Head to Morehead State
•    Southeast Missouri (14-28, 10-10) makes the long trip to Morehead State (6-31, 5-15) for its final Ohio Valley Conference road series this weekend. SEMO and MSU play an 11 a.m. doubleheader Saturday followed by a single game at 11 a.m., CT Sunday.
•    SEMO is 3-6 on the road in OVC play this season.
•    The Redhawks won their last road series in conference action at SIU Edwardsville (Apr. 3-4).

Series Notes
•    Southeast Missouri is 76-22 in its all-time series against Morehead State.
•    SEMO has won the last 17 meetings between the teams with six-straight series sweeps of the Eagles in that span.
•    The last time MSU beat the Redhawks was at the 2018 Ohio Valley Conference Tournament (4-1, May 10).
•    The Redhawks are 29-12 against the Eagles in Morehead, Kentucky.

Redburn vs. Morehead State
•    Head Coach Mark Redburn is 22-5 all-time against Morehead State.
•    Redburn has posted seven-straight series wins over MSU dating back to the 2018 season.

2026 Winding Down
•    Southeast Missouri has seven regular-season games left in its 2026 campaign.
•    After this weekend's trek to Morehead State, SEMO returns home for its final four contests.
•    The Redhawks host former Ohio Valley Conference member Murray State in a midweek game on Apr. 28 and Tennessee Tech in a three-game series on May 1-2.

Redhawks Drop Three Games to Lindenwood
•    The Redhawks were swept at home for the first time this season when they fell to Lindenwood (Apr. 18-19) by scores of 7-3, 5-0 and 6-3.
•    Raigan Brannon hit a series-high .333 with one run scored, one double, a home run and three RBI for Southeast Missouri.
•    SEMO is looking to end a six-game losing streak which began with a 6-4 loss to Eastern Illinois on Apr. 12.

Three of Four OVC Series Wins
•    Southeast Missouri posted series wins against three of its last four Ohio Valley Conference opponents.
•    SEMO swept Tennessee State (Mar. 28-29) and claimed 2-1 series victories at SIU Edwardsville (Apr. 3-4) and vs. league leader Eastern Illinois (Apr. 11-12) before falling to Lindenwood (Apr. 18-19), 3-0.

April Home Runs 
•    The Redhawks have hit 10 home runs in April.
•    Southeast Missouri homered in six of its last seven games alone.
•    SEMO hit a season-high three home runs at Illinois (Apr. 15) for its third multi-home run game in 2026.
•    As a team, the Redhawks have 19 home runs through 42 games this year.

Brannon Emerges 
•    Catcher Raigan Brannon is on a season-best seven-game hitting streak.
•    Brannon hit .381 with three runs scored, two doubles, three home runs and six RBI during that stretch.
•    She leads the team with four home runs in her first year as a Redhawk.

OVC Update
•    Following its series loss to Lindenwood (Apr. 18-19), Southeast Missouri dropped to sixth in the Ohio Valley Conference standings with a 10-10 record.
•    Eastern Illinois (17-3), UT Martin (15-4), SIU Edwardsville (13-8), Lindenwood (12-9) and Tennessee Tech (11-10) are ahead of the Redhawks.
•    SEMO has six OVC games remaining in 2026.

Yard Work
•    Southeast Missouri has hit a home run in eight of its last 12 contests.
•    SEMO hit eight home runs in its previous seven games alone.

Delmain Delivers
•     Since the start of the Eastern Illinois series on Apr. 11, freshman Lily Delmain has hit safely in five of her last eight games.
•    Delmain posted multiple hits on three times during that stretch.
•    She also homered in back-to-back games at Illinois (Apr. 15) and vs. Lindenwood (Apr. 18).
•    Delmain (.290) has the highest batting average by a freshman for Southeast Missouri this season.
•    She also ranks second on the team in home runs (3) and stolen bases (6).

Redburn Approaching 400 Wins at NCAA Division I Level
•    Mark Redburn needs just three more wins to reach 400 career victories during his two NCAA Division I coaching jobs.
•    Redburn compiled 397 wins during his head coaching stops at SEMO (307) and Evansville (90).
•    Earlier this year, Redburn picked up his 300th career win at SEMO when the Redhawks beat Southern Indiana, 10-5, on Mar. 22.
•    He is 307-258 during his SEMO tenure.

Scoring Advantage vs. OVC Foes
•     Southeast Missouri is outscoring Ohio Valley Conference opponents, 102-83 (+19), through 20 league games.
•    SEMO has scored the most in the third (25) and sixth (22) innings during OVC play.
•    The Redhawks outscored Tennessee State, 30-7, in a three-game sweep on Mar. 28-29.
