IOWA CITY, Iowa – Southeast Missouri Gymnastics secured a third-place finish at the Iowa Quad Meet on Friday night, turning in a 194.600 team score edging out Northern Illinois (193.300) who finished in fourth. The Iowa Hawkeyes won the meet with a 196.500 followed by Central Michigan with a 196.025 in second place.

Senior Taylor Ingle competed in the all-around as she scored a 39.125 with a 9.825 on vault (T-5), 9.750 on bars (T-11), 9.725 on beam (T-10), and a 9.825 on floor (T-8) to round out her 24^thstraight all-around competition.

Bars

The Gymhawks started the night on bars Friday night as they turned in a 48.375
Taylor Ingle and Gracie Jones led the way with a 9.750 each

Senior Kailyn Hammilton was second on the bars with a 9.675

Beam

The Gymhawks turned to the beam for rotation two as they turned in a 48.325
Freshman Kennedy Fisher made her collegiate debut on the beam, scoring a 9.750 to lead the beam
Ingle and Nyah Reader each scored a 9.725

Reagan Sams turned in a 9.650

Floor

The Gymhawks took a running score of 96.700 into the third rotation on the floor and turned in a 48.950 floor score as a team
All six Gymhawks on the rotation scored a 9.700 or higher, led by Taylor Ingle and Leah Parton each with a 9.825

Kailyn Hamilton and Reagan Sams each scored a 9.775

The Gymhawks would take a 145.650 running score into the fourth and final apparatus of the evening
