TUCSON, Ariz. – Southeast Missouri Gymnastics turned in a 194.225 on Friday night at the Arizona Quad-Meet. Ohio State (196.650), Arizona (196.300), and Texas Woman's (194.325) rounded out the competition from the McKale Center.
Senior
Taylor Ingle competed in the all-around and turned in a 39.075 in her 25
th-straight all-around competition. Ingle finished third in the all-around and she finished in front of Arizona's Sophie Derr (39.050) to conclude the evening.
Floor
The Gymhawks began the night on the floor as they turned in a 48.350 on the opening rotation led by
Taylor Ingle and
Leah Parton who each scored a 9.750.
Vault
SEMO Gymnastics rotated to the vault where they turned in a 48.700 and took a 97.050 after two rotations.
Bars
- The Gymhawks scored a 48.100 on the bars led by Taylor Ingle with a 9.750
- Junior Ava Johnston scored a 9.650 for the second highest score on the bars
- SEMO took a 145.150 into the fourth and final rotation
Beam
- The Gymhawks scored a meet-high 49.075 on the beam in the final rotation, their highest score on an apparatus Friday night.
- Junior Jaidan Kossuth and Senior Nyah Reader led the apparatus as they each turned in a 9.850.
- Taylor Ingle and Jordan Napolitano tied for second with a 9.800 each.
