Gymhawks Host First Quad Meet of Season Sunday
Southeast Missouri Gymnastics will return to action on Sunday, February 1, when they host the first quad-meet of the season in Cape Girardeau. The competition is slated to begin at 1 p.m., CT. at the Show Me Center, in the final meet of the season at the venue.

Pajama Jam
Sunday's meet marks a big day inside the Show Me Center with plenty of recognition, giveaways, and fun for fans in attendance. The meet will be dubbed 'Pajama Day' as SEMO Athletics and Window World of Cape Girardeau have partnered to give out free Rowdy Pillow Pets to the first fans in attendance. Fans can also stick around after the competition and get their autographs from the Gymhawks.

Staff Appreciation Day
Sunday's competition will also be a recognition to the faculty & staff who help SEMO student-athletes succeed on and off the field, court, mat, etc. SEMO Faculty & Staff will receive two free tickets by claiming their tickets online in advance.

Camper Reunion Day
Did you camp with the Gymhawks? Then we want to welcome you back to the Show Me Center for our 'Camper Reunion Day'. SEMO Gymnastics welcomes all campers back to the Show Me Center to watch the Gymhawks compete at the SEMO Tri-Meet.

Last Time Out
The Gymhawks were in action last Friday, January 23, when they competed at Arkansas in a dual meet in Fayetteville, Arkansas. SEMO finished with a 192.675 falling to Arkansas who scored a 197.475. Senior Taylor Ingle competed in the all-around for the Gymhawks as she took fourth place overall with a 38.900. SEMO scored a 48.150 on vault, 47.975 on bars, 47.925 on beam, and a 48.625 on the floor.

Graduate Veteran
Nyah Reader excelled on the beam at Arkansas last Friday afternoon. Reader, who has competed in the beam lineup in all three meets so far this season, turned in a season-high 9.825 for the Gymhawks. All three of her routines this season have hit 9.750 or higher, including two 9.800s.

Hometown Fun
Bentonville, Arkansas-native Reagan Sams returned to Northwest Arkansas last Friday and put on a show on the floor. Sams, who is a newcomer to the Gymhawks this season, turned in a 9.775 on the floor for a season high. Sams improved her floor score from the previous meet by .100 as she placed eighth overall in the event.

Incredible Consistency
Sophomore Gracie Jones continues to be one of the most consistent bar gymnasts this season. In her third bars routine this year, Jones turned in her third-straight 9.725 with her performance at Arkansas. She extended her streak to six-straight meets with a 9.725 or higher on the bars dating back to the 2025 campaign.

Two-Straight
Senior Taylor Ingle is rounding into form on the beam after the first three meets of the season. After an uncharacteristic fall in the season-opener beam routine, Ingle has responded with back-to-back 9.775s after recording it at Arkansas last Friday. Ingle recorded a 9.775 earlier this season as well as the Windy City Invite.

Improving
Junior Jaidan Kossuth had an incredible floor routine at Arkansas last Friday afternoon. Kossuth, a native of Queen Creek, Ariz., turned in a season-high 9.750 on the floor improving her score by .275 from her first routine in Chicago (1/16). Kossuth placed ninth at the meet on the floor.
