Ortiz Qualifies for 2025 USATF U20 Outdoor Championships

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. – Southeast Missouri thrower Andreese Ortiz has qualified for the 2025 USA Track & Field U20 Outdoor Championships scheduled for June 19-20 in Eugene, Oregon.
Ortiz, a freshman from Homeland, California, established a qualifying mark of 49.20m /161-5 in the discus. She is one of 15 athletes that will be competing in the event.
The women's discus will be contested on Thursday, June 19 at 2 p.m., CT.
