Ingle Secures MIC Gymnast of Week Honors

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. – Taylor Ingle of Southeast Missouri Gymnastics took home the Midwest Independent Conference 'Gymnast of the Week' honors, the league announced on Wednesday morning.
This past weekend, Ingle competed in the all-around winning her fifth all-around title of the season with a 39.200. Her best score came on the Bars and Beam with a 9.850 on each apparatus.
She finished tied for third on the bars and placed second on the beam in the dual meet with Illinois State. She recorded a 9.725 on the vault (5th) and a 9.775 on the floor (T-4th).
Her all-around score of 39.200 is the fifth of the season in the all-around with a 39.000 or higher.
Looking Ahead
The Gymhawks will compete at the 2025 Midwest Independent Conference Championship meet on Friday, March 21, in Shreveport, La. Competition is slated for 4 p.m.at Centenary.
