BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Southeast Missouri Gymnastics placed third in the BGSU Tri-Meet with an overall score of 192.375 on Monday afternoon.
SEMO placed third right behind Bowling Green who scored a 192.600 and Central Michigan who won the meet with an overall score of 195.600.
Taylor Ingle finished second in the All-Around with a score of 39.150 which breaks her previous season high All-Around score of 38.700. Ingle lead the Redhawks in every single rotation and tied for first on the vault, placed sixth on the bars, second on the beam, and third on the floor.
Luciana Alvarado-Reid from Central Michigan won the All-Around with a score of 39.275.
The Redhawks recorded three season highs during the meet, and tied their season highs twice. Nyah Reader placed fifth in the All-Around with a score of 36.000.
Madison Greene, Ailey Kuehn, and Joselene Hernandez all tied for fifth on the vault with a score of 9.775.
Bars
SEMO started the afternoon on the uneven bars with Kailyn Hamilton going first for the Redhawks again scoring a 9.650. Overall the Redhawks scored a 48.250.
Ava Johnston had another strong performance on the bars recording a 9.675.
Junior Taylor Ingle led the Redhawks tying her season high scoring a 9.750 on the uneven bars.
Beam
The second rotation, the Redhawks were on the balance beam. SEMO ended up scoring a 47.150.
Taylor Ingle led the Gymhawks again, this time on the beam recording a 9.750 in spot five.
Sophomore Jaidan Kossuth scored an impressive 9.700 in spot three while Joselene Hernandez in spot two recorded a 9.575 almost tying her season high.
Floor
The Redhawks competed on the floor during their third rotation with SEMO's latter end of the rotation doing the best. The Gymhawks ended with a total floor score of 48.125.
Taylor Ingle scored a 9.800 in spot six of the rotation, leading the Redhawks on the floor.
During her first competition of the night Madison Greene scored a 9.725 on the floor. Junior Sydney Crouch scored a 9.625 in spot four on the floor.
Vault
The final rotation for the Redhawks of the night proved to be their best with a score of 48.850. SEMO had four gymnasts score a 9.775 or higher.
Madison Greene started the Redhawks off on the vault with 9.775. Her season high vault score so far.
Joselene Hernandez also scored a season high score on the vault in spot four. Hernandez scored a 9.775. Ailey Kuehn went right after Hernandez also scoring a 9.775.
Taylor Ingle ended the rotation and the Redhawks night scoring the highest SEMO individual score of the night with a 9.850. This score ties her season high.
