USAF ACADEMY, Colo. – Southeast Missouri Gymnastics finished second place overall at the Air Force Tri-Meet with a final score of 194.575 on Friday night edging out Sacramento State who finished third with a 194.475.
The Air Force Falcons took home the top spot with a 194.875 to win the event from Cadet West Gym.
Senior
Lydia Webb placed second overall in the all-around with a 39.100, trailing only Air Force's Maggie Slife who finished with a 39.425.
Freshman
Jordan Napolitano made her first all-around appearance Friday night finishing seventh with a 37.450.
Bars
The Redhawks began the Air Force Tri-Meet on the Bars, turning in a 48.950 to get the evening underway.
SEMO was led by senior Lyida Webb who turned in an impressive 9.850 in spot four for the Gymhawks. For Webb, the 9.850 was her second-highest score this season on the Bars.
Janelle Lopez and
Taylor Ingle both scored 9.800 or higher in the rotation. Lopez, fifth in the rotation, turned in a 9.825. Ingle went second in the lineup and turned in a 9.800.
Freshman
Ava Johnston got the solid rotation underway, leading off for the Redhawks and turning in a 9.725 tying her second-highest score of the season.
Sophomore
Sydney Crouch made her Redhawks debut in the Bars lineup, anchoring the rotation. Crouch turned in a 9.600.
Kailyn Hamilton went third in the lineup and turned in a 9.750 for the second week in a row, following the same score last Wednesday night (1/31).
Beam
The Gymhawks would transition to the Beam in rotation and had big contributions from the seniors,
Lydia Webb and Anna Spelelr. The senior duo closed the Redhawks rotation with a pair of 9.750s as SEMO carried a running score of 96.825 to the halfway point on Friday night.
Sophomore
Anna Chodon made her return to the Beam lineup for SEMO and turned in a season-high 9.700 in the leadoff spot.
Jordan Napolitano went third, posting a 9.600 of her own.
Madison Greene and
Taylor Ingle each recorded 9.075s as the Redhawks turned in a Beam score of 47.875.
Floor
SEMO would turn their efforts to the Floor in the third rotation and delivered their best performance of the night with a rotation score of 49.175 led by junior
Madison Greene.
Greene, a Crestwood, Ky.-native, turned in her second 9.925 of the season in the sixth and final spot in the Redhawks' rotation to give the Redhawks a 146.000 heading into the final rotation of the night.
Springfield, Mo.-native
Kailyn Hamilton got the scoring going with her 9.825 in the leadoff spot on the floor. The result set a new season-high for her routine.
Freshman
Jordan Napolitano followed Hamilton and turned in an impressive 9.875, a season-high for her, from spot two.
Sydney Crouch and
Lydia Webb posted 9.775s from the third and fifth spots, respectively, as the Redhawks were in first place after three rotations with a running score of 146.000.
Vault
The Gymhawks closed the night on the Vault, led by junior
Madison Greene who scored a 9.775 to pace the way as the Redhawks held the lead going into the rotation.
The trio of sophomore
Ailey Kuehn, freshman
Jordan Napolitano, and senior
Lydia Webb each turned in a 9.725 from the second, third, and fourth spots, respectively, to head to the final spots in the rotation.
For Kuehn, the 9.725 was her third highest score on the season.
Greene's 9.775 was the final score recorded for the Redhawks on the Vault rotation, from the fifth spot, and SEMO ended the night with a 194.575.

The Gymhawks will be back in action on Sunday, Feb. 11, when they take on Denver and Iowa State. Competition is slated to begin 2:45 p.m., CT. from Denver, Colo.
