JONESBORO, Ark. - Southeast Missouri (2-3-0) outshot Arkansas State (4-3-0), but dropped a 1-0 decision Sunday. 12-7 Sunday as the Redhawks fell 1-0 in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
SEMO held a 12-7 advantage in shots.
Esmie Gonzales led the Redhawks with three of those shots, including two on goal. Gonzales now has 194 shots in her career as the all-time leader in school history.
The game remained scoreless until the Red Wolves scored in the 70th minute on a goal by Dana O'Boye.
