Tennis Welcomes Jacksonville State Saturday

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. -- Southeast Missouri (12-5, 4-2) will hosts Jacksonville State (4-13, 0-5) in an Ohio Valley Conference matchup Saturday. Start time is Noon, CT, at the Redhawks Tennis Complex.

"We are excited to be home this Saturday," said head coach Mary Beth Gunn. "It allows for us to participate in the Walk for Women in the morning before hosting JSU."

SEMO is coming off a 6-1 loss to UT Martin, which has now won 10 consecutive matches. Freshman Oleksandra Doroshenko won her 13th match of the spring, improving to 13-4 in singles action.

The Gamecocks are winless in the OVC and have lost 12 of their last 13 matches. They have wins over Jackson State, Alabama-Huntsville, Alabama A&M and Birmingham-Southern.
