CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. -- Southeast Missouri (1-9) opens Ohio Valley Conference play with two road matches this weekend. The Redhawks travel to Eastern Illinois (6-4) Friday and SIU Edwardsville (8-2) Saturday.

Isabella Krupa each lead the team with four victories each this spring.
EIU recently posted a 4-0 victory over Arkansas State and is led by sophomore Grace Summers. Summers is 8-1 at the No. 3 singles position and looks to extend an eight-match winning streak. Junior Kelly Iden is 4-4 in the No. 1 singles spot for the Panthers this year.
SIUE won seven of its last eight matches and is coming off a 4-3 setback to Xavier. Junior Lexi Aranda (8-3) and freshman Madeline Hill (9-2) lead the team at the No. 1 and No. 3 singles positions, respectively. The Cougars are currently first in the OVC standings.
