Final Statistics | 2015 OVC Tournament Bracket

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. - Jarekious Bradley scored a game-high 28 points and went over 1,000 in his career, as Southeast Missouri (13-16, 7-9) ended its regular-season with a convincing 89-65 win over Austin Peay (8-22, 3-13) Saturday night at the Show Me Center.

Southeast, which snapped a three-game losing streak, will face fifth-seeded Morehead State in the first round of the Ohio Valley Conference Tournament on Wednesday, Mar. 4. Tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m., CT, at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium. The rest of this year's field includes No. 1 Murray State, No. 2 Eastern Kentucky, No. 3 Belmont, No. 4 UT Martin, No. 6 Eastern Illinois and
No. 7 SIU Edwardsville.

Bradley, one of six seniors honored before the game, scored 19 points in the second half en route to his seventh 20-point effort this season. He officially went over 1,000 career points on a jumper with 7:56 left to play.

The Redhawks were in control the entire way and never let up.

"It was a good night for us and a strong finish," said Southeast head coach Dickey Nutt. "I thought we did a good job of keeping the pedal down. We were fundamental and played with a great sense of urgency."

Tied, 15-15, with 11:08 remaining in the first half, Southeast used a 14-3 run to build a double-digit lead. Josh Langford came off the bench to score four points in that stretch, while Marcus Wallace and Antonius Cleveland each buried a three-pointer to help push the Redhawks lead to 29-18 at the 7:16.

Southeast later headed into the locker room with a 41-27 advantage, its fifth-straight halftime lead.

The Redhawks continued to pour it on the second half and led by as many as 29 when walk-on Caleb Woods knocked down a three to make it 89-60 with less than two minutes to go. Woods sunk three on back-to-back possessions to help polish off Southeast's largest win in conference play this year.

Bradley shot 11-of-18 from the field, 4-of-7 from three-point range and 2-of-2 at the free throw line in 29 minutes off the bench. He also grabbed seven rebounds in the 48th double-digit scoring game of his career.

Isiah Jones followed with 16 points, while Cleveland and Wallace added 10 apiece. Nino Johnson also gathered two blocks, and as a result, tied Murray State's Cuthbert Victor (2000-04) for 10th on the OVC's all-time career blocks list. Johnson now has 180 swats.

Southeast shot 43.7 percent (31-of-71) from the field and outrebounded APSU, 46-30. The Redhawks held a commanding 20-9 advantage on the offensive glass. In addition, Southeast drained a season-high 14 threes, shooting 50 percent (14-of-28) from beyond the arc.

Chris Horton led the Governors with 20 points and Chris Freeman followed with a double-double 13 points and 11 rebounds.

The Redhawks went 9-5 at the Show Me Center this season, finishing with a winning record at home for the fourth year in a row. Those nine home victories match Southeast's second-most in a season under Nutt.
