Senior Day
Fourteen seniors will suit up for their final game at Houck Stadium Saturday. The Redhawks will honor Bryan Blanfort, Sheldon McCullough, Matt Scheible, Kweku Arkorful, Cory Holmes, Philip Klaproth, Steve Hendry, Josh Coleman, Chantae Ahamefule, Aaron King, Johnnie Morgan, Courtney Brame, Kris Cottner and Armin Blagajcevic prior to kickoff.

Series History
Southeast and Murray State meet for the 46th time in 2011. The Racers hold a 36-8-1 advantage in the all-time series. The Redhawks have played Murray State more than any opponent in the Ohio Valley Conference.

Record Chaser
Blake Peiffer needs 15 more stops to break Southeast's all-time single-season record in tackles. Peiffer currently has 136 in 10 starts. Nick Stauffer presently holds the record with 150 tackles in 2008.

Peiffer Named OVC Defensive Player of the Week
Blake Peiffer was named Ohio Valley Defensive Player of the Week on Nov. 13. Peiffer registered a career-high 19 tackles against Jacksonville State (Nov. 12). He had nine solo tackles, while assisting on 10 others. Peiffer's 19 tackles matched a OVC single-game high and ranked as the 10th most in a game in the Football Championship Subdivision this year. Jacksonville State running back Calvin Middleton (Offensive), Murray State kicker/punter Kienan Cullen (Specialist) and Tennessee State quarterback Michael German (Newcomer) rounded out this week's honorees. Peiffer garnered the award for the first time in his career.

Samuel vs. Murray State
Southeast head coach Tony Samuel is 3-2 all-time against Murray State. Those three victories are the second-most Samuel has against a league-opponent.

On the Run
Matt Scheible has rushed for over 100 yards in two-straight games. Most recently, Scheible ran for 209 yards against Jacksonville State (Nov. 12), becoming the first quarterback in Southeast history to  run for over 200 yards in a game. Scheible has rushed for over 100 yards on three occasions this season and six times in his career.
