Jill Schnurbusch opened the indoor season with impressive fashion by breaking her school record in the pole vault. Schnurbusch, who hails from Cape Girardeau, notched a 13-00.75 mark to garner a second-place finish at the Eastern Illinois University Early Bird on Dec. 7.
