A native of Hopkinsville, Ky., Corey Wilford averaged 17 points per game and scored double figures in all three of his outings. He began the week by dropping in 16 points against Louisiana Tech (Nov. 19). A day later, Wilford added 20 points off the bench, including 19 in the second half, against Troy (Nov. 20). He made a season-high five three-pointers and tied the game at 56-56 with 42 seconds left before Southeast lost to the Trojans in the final seconds. Wilford then made his first start of the season and just the second of his career at Illinois-Chicago (Nov. 24), where he capped the week with 15 points in a career-high 37 minutes.
