Taelour Pruitt was named to the Ohio Valley Conference All-Tournament Team as Southeast Missouri women’s basketball captured the 2020 OVC Tournament Championship Saturday. Pruitt was a perfect 7-for-7 from beyond the arc in Friday’s semifinals game against Belmont. She totaled 34 points (11.3 ppg) and went 5-of-6 from the free throw line. Pruitt also registered nine assists and four steals on the weekend. She made the most three-pointers in the tournament (9) including an overtime buzzer-beater in Thursday’s game against Tennessee Tech to send the Redhawks to the semifinals.
