Southeast Missouri State University Athletics

Logan Blomquist captured the weight throw and shot put titles Saturday as Southeast Missouri track & field competed at the Illini Invitational. Blomquist won the weight throw in his third-straight indoor meet Saturday with a career-best mark of 66-0.50 (20.13m). The distance puts him third in Southeast program history and first in the Ohio Valley Conference in 2020. Blomquist also secured the shot put title with a feat of 53-4.25 (16.26m) on his first attempt.
