Paige Blankenheim recorded a pair of assists in Sunday’s win over Eastern Illinois. She assisted on Natasha Minor’s game-winner in the fifth minute of the match. Blankenheim also contributed 155 minutes to a defense that didn't allow any goals on the weekend. The Redhawks shutout SIUE and Eastern Illinois to open OVC play. She also played all 110 minutes in the double overtime affair against SIUE. Blankenheim's performance on the weekend earned her OVC Defensive Player of the Week for the second time this season.
