Ayonna Cartwright broke the school record in the 55m dash at the Redhawks Invitational on Feb. 20. Cartwright's time of 6.82 seconds shattered the previous mark of 6.94 seconds. Her 55m time is the best in the Ohio Valley Conference and ranks 26th in the nation. Cartwright also won the 200m dash in 24.88 seconds, establishing the OVC's best mark in that event.
