Junior guard/forward Jarekious Bradley became the first Southeast Missouri player to win both Ohio Valley Conference Player and Newcomer of the Week honors when he earned both of those awards on Nov. 11. A native of Memphis, Tenn., Bradley registered a double-double 22 points and 12 rebounds in his first career start at Saint Louis on Nov. 8. He shot 10-of-17 from the field, hitting 58.8 percent of his field goals. Bradley also knocked down two three-pointers, added two blocks and collected four steals in 38 minutes. Additionally, Bradley scored nine of the Redhawks first 13 points of the game and made a jumper to give Southeast a 35-34 halftime lead. He netted 15 of his points and pulled down 11 rebounds in the first half alone. Bradley heated up to shoot 58.3 percent (7-of-12) from the field in the game's first 20 minutes.
