Biography
2015 Outdoor: Saw action in seven meets…Set PRs in the 200m (25.88) and javelin (35.15m)…Claimed first-place in the high jump (1.63m), second in javelin (32.59m) and fifth in the heptathlon (4459) at the OVC Championships…Finished 18 times in the top 10…Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
2015 Indoor: Competed in seven meets…Set PRs in 55m hurdles (8.92), 60m hurdles (9.59) and pentathlon (3127)…Finished third in the high jump at the OVC Championships (5’3.75”)…Placed second in the high jump at a height of 1.64m (5’4.5”) at the SIU Invitational…Accumulated 12 top five finishes.
2014 Outdoor: Competed in six meets... Took third-place in the heptathlon at the OVC Championships with 4,506 points; winning the high jump during the heptathlon... Finished the high jump event in second place at the OVC Championships... Won the high jump at the Joey Haines Invitational with a jump of 1.6m... Took second-place at the Joey Haines Invitational in the 100m hurdles.
2014 Indoor: Competed in six indoor meets... Finished 10th in the heptathlon at the OVC Championships... Set a new PR in the long jump at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet with a 5.67m leap... Finished fourth in the high jump at the Indiana Relays with a mark of 1.6m.
2013 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets… Named a Southeast Scholar-Athlete… Finished fifth in the high jump (season-best 5-5 3/4) at the OVC Outdoor Championships (5-3/4)… also part of the Redhawks’ fifth-place 4x100m relay team (47.72) at the conference meet… Cleared a season-best 18-0 1/2 in the long jump at the Joey Haines Invitational (4/5-6), where she finished sixth.
2013 Indoor: Competed in six meets… Narrowly missed scoring in the triple jump (ninth; season-best 36-11 1/2) at the OVC Indoor Championships (2/22-23)… Cleared a season-best 5-3 3/4 in the high jump at the Samford Multi Invitational (2/8-9), finishing 13th.
Prep: Graduate of Sullivan High School... Helped her team to a third-place finish in the State Track and Field Meet... Won state long jump championship and took fourth in triple jump during her senior season... During her high school career she took 16 conference championships.
Personal: Born Dec. 29, 1993… Daughter of David and Lee Ritter.
