Reginald Mosley

Reginald (Reggie) Mosley will enter his first season at Southeast Missouri after spending the last three seasons at NCAA Division II institution, Coker University in Hartsville, South Carolina.

During his three-year stint at Coker, Coach Mosley helped the Cobras improve their wins by 57-percent while improving their team defense from ninth in the South Atlantic Conference (SAC) to second in the league. The Cobras went 11-15 in 22-23, 17-11 in 23-24, and went a staggering 29-5 in 2024-25 with a 20-4 record in SAC play. The Cobras also went on a 14-game winning streak while the record and win streak both marked program bests.

Mosley helped develop the Corbra's post players and led the SAC in post player field goal percentage. He developed a South Atlantic Conference All-Freshman, a SAC Freshman of the Year, and a SAC Player of the Year.

The Cobras were ranked as high as ninth in Division II basketball and made it to the NCAA Division II Elite 8 during his time at Coker. He was selected as one of 50 coaches nationwide to participate in the 2024 NCAA Basketball Coaches Academy.

Prior to Coker, Mosley began his coaching career as a graduate assistant at Indiana State University where he assisted in recruiting, player development, and travel for the Sycamores from 2018-2021. He then became an assistant coach at Paris Junior College where he developed a top-40 junior college player, improved the team's winning-percentage by 40-percent, and developed an all-conference player and freshman of the year at Paris.

Coach Mosley has two kids, a daughter Avayah and a son Reginald Mosley III. He is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana.
