2023 Outdoor: Ran in three meets…Recorded two top ten finishes…Posted two PRs in back to back events, the first in the 200 with a finish of 23.09 (12th), the second in the 400-meter when he crossed the line at 51.03 (11th)...At the OVC Outdoor Championships placed sixth in the 4x400 with a time of 3:25.08 and tenth in the 400-meter dash, running the race in 51.41.

2023 Indoor: Ran in five meets…Notched seven top ten finishes…Opened the season setting two PR’s at the Edmonds-Wilt Invitational, the first in the 300 meter with a time of 36.65 (4th), the second in the 500 meter with a time of 1:08.73 for a fifth place finish... Finished third at the Redhawks invite in the 4x400 (3:49.57)... During the John Gartland Invitational placed eighth in the 4x400 with a run of 3:40.22, in the 400 meter he battled for a seventh place finish with a 52.08 time… At the 2023 Redhawks Open he competed in the 55-meter with a run of 6.96 setting a new PR (3rd) and the 400 meter running a 53.17 for a first place finish.

2022 Outdoor: Ran in six meets…Had one top-five finish…Finished fifth in the 400 meter (51.62) at the Rhodes College Track & Field Invitational (3/18-19)...Set two PRs at the Ole Miss Classic in the 800 meter with a time of 2:05.30 and in the 200 meter with a time of 23.39…Set another personal best in the 400 hurdles (1:02.24)...Earned an 11th-place finish in the 400 meter (51.61) and a 12th place finish in the 200 meter (23.41) at the 2022 Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships.

2022 Indoor: Ran in six meets…Had seven top three finishes…Opened the season setting two PR’s at the Fred Wilt in the 60 meter with a time of 7.42  (12th) and in the 300 meter, posting a time of 37.63 (4th)...Finished first in the 4x400 meters (3:34.72), second in the 400 meter (53.55), and third in the 200 meter (24.04) at the 2022 Redhawks Invite…Was a member of the third place finishing 4x400 meter relay team (3:25.76) at the John Gartland Invitational (2/55)...Posted two third place finishes at the 2022 Don DeNoon Invite in the 4x400 (3:38.84) and in the 400 meter (53.72)...Set a new personal best in the 400 meter with a time of 51.47 (11th) and earned a sixth place finish in the 4x400 (3:30.72) at the 2022 OVC Indoor Track & Field Championships. 

Prep: Attended Poplar Bluff High School...Was a member of the Mules’ 4x800 relay team that holds the third-best time of 8:22.82 in school history...Also a part of the school’s  top two sprint medley relay teams that recorded times of 3:42.12 (2019) and 3:59.72 (2017)...Had a personal best time of 50.05 in the 400m at the 2019 MSHSAA Class 5 State Championships.

Personal: Majoring in Nutrition at SEMO.
