2012 Cross Country: Competed in all but the first meet of the 2012 season… best finish for an 8k was at the Pre-National Meet in Louisville where he finished 79th with a time of 25:33.8… had one top-ten finish at the SIUE Cross Country Challenge where he placed tenth with a time of 25:52.67.
2012 Outdoor: Competed in six meets … named a Southeast Scholar-Athlete … placed on the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll … recorded two individual top-10 finishes … best finish was sixth place in the 5000m (career-best 15:09.89) at the Vanderbilt Invitational.

2012 Indoor: Competed in four meets … finished sixth in the 5000m (15:30.80) at the OVC Indoor Championships…finished ninth in the 3000m (9:05.03) at the OVC Indoor Championships.

2011 Cross Country: Competed in all meets during the season… had a season best of 25:45 at the Greater Louisville Classic where he placed 30th… placed 22nd at the OVC Championship and 106th at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

2011 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets…set a career mark in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 31:32.01 at the Sea Ray Relays…earned a sixth place finish in the 10,000 meter run at the OVC Championships with a time of 32:07.43…earned a collegiate best time of 4:14.26 in the 1,500 meter run at the Tom Botts Invitational at the same event also earned career-best 800 time at 2:05.88 … Southeast Scholar Athlete … OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2011 Indoor: Appeared in five meets…set a personal best in the 5,000 meter run at the OVC Championships with a time of 15:16.49 placing fourth…ran a season best 9:00.24 in the 3,000 meter run at the Hoosier Hills.

2010 Cross Country: Competed in all six meets… placed 20th at the OVC Championships with an 8K time of 26:44.63…recorded a season-best time in the 8K at the Bradley Classic with a time of 26:05.00 … ran the 6K in 20:05.90 at the Washington University Early Bird.

2010 Outdoor: Placed eighth in the 10,000 meters at the OVC Championships with a career-best time of 33:40.16… placed seventh with a career-high 15:51.04 in the 5,000 meters at the Joey Haines Invitational…placed seventh in the 5,000 meters at the Drake Relays … OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll … Southeast Scholar Athlete.

2010 Indoor: Named OVC Co-Freshman of the Year… placed fifth in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Championships with a time of 15:21.18…finished second in the 5,000 meters with a career-best 15:18.26 at the Indiana Relays… recorded a career-best in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:49.58…placed fifth in the 3,000 meters at the EIU Mega Meet…recorded a career-best in the mile with a time of 4:45.00 at the SASF Invitational.

2009 Cross Country: Recorded three top-20 finishes … placed 17th at the OVC Championships with a time of 27:23.27 in the 8K … recorded a career-best 8K time of 25:42.19 at the Greater Louisville Classic … ran the 8K in 26:35.38 at the EIU Panther Open, placing 18th … finished 11th in the 6K with a time of 20:02.40 at the Saluki Early Bird Invite … placed 18th at the UE Invitational with a time of 27:08.52 in the 8K … ran the 10K in 34:26.60 at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

High School: ESPN All-Area Metro St. Louis selection … member of the 2006 Cross Country Championship team … ran a season’s best time of 16:13.40 in the 5K at Class 4 Sectional 2, placing third … placed second in the 5K at Class 4 District 4 … placed second in the 5K at GAC South Conference Championship.

Personal: Born April 3, 1990 … son of Ken and Pam Mullen … majoring in Exercise Science … coached by former Redhawks distance runner Tom Kinder.
