2022 Cross Country: Did not Compete

2022 Outdoor: Ran in three meets…Posted a personal best 800 meters mark of 2:00.39 (30th) at the Ole Miss Classic (3/25-26)…Also finished the 1,500 meters in 4:08.43 (23rd) and was a member of the 4x400 meter relay (3:38.35, 10th)…Completed the 800 meters in 2:01.79 (10th) and finished the 4x400 meter relay in 3:32.49 (fifth) at the Memphis Tiger Invitational (4/29-30).
 
2022 Indoor: Ran in four meets…Had four top-five finishes…Opened the season with a PR in the mile of 4:37.39 (seventh) at the 2022 Redhawks Invite (1/15)…Took second in the 800 meters with a time of 2:01.87 and was third in the 4x400 meter relay (3:38.84) at the 2022 Don DeNoon Invite (2/5)…Was third in the mile in 4:41.31 at the 2022 Redhawks Open (2/18).

2021 Cross Country: Did not compete. 

2021 Outdoor: Ran in five meets…Made Redhawks outdoor track & field debut at the Southern Illinois Bill Cornell Invite (3/19-20), finishing 15:59.24 (13th) in the 5,000 meters…Set a personal-best 800 meters time of 2:02.51 (22nd) at the 2021 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (4/2-3)…Also ran in the 4x400 meter relay (3:34.36, ninth)…Was fifth in the 5,000 meters in a PR time of 15:35.90 at the Sycamore Open (4/24)…Also notched a career-best time of 4:07.76 in the prelims for the 1,500 meters at the 2021 OVC Track & Field Championship (5/13-15).
 
2020-21 Cross Country: Ran in three meets…Finished in the SEMO top-five once…Made Redhawks debut with a personal-best 8K time of 26:50.7 (35th) at the Redhawks Invitational (1/23)…Completed the 8K in 27:30.3 (37th) at the Eastern Illinois Spring Open (2/6)…Was clocked at 25:05.1 (36th) in the 4.5 mile race at the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagle Invitational (2/19).

Personal: Majoring in Professional Pilot at SEMO.
