2024 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets…Finished with ten top ten performances during the year…Posted a new personal best in the 100m hurdles (16.18) for fifth and grabbed the bronze in the javelin with a distance of 112' 0" to begin the season at the Richard Martin Invitational…Totaled 4324 points in the heptathlon to take fourth at the Joey Haines Invite…During the event she finished in the top three four times with marks of 32' 7.75" (3rd) and 108' 8" (2nd) in the shot put and javelin and times of 26.40 (PR, 3rd) and 2:25.11 (1st) in the 200m and 800m…At the Memphis Tiger invitational achieved a jump of 17' 9.5" (LJ) and a time of 15.67 (100H) in for seventh and 10th…Ended the year at the OVC Outdoor Championship with a mark of 119' 1" (7th) in the javelin and a new personal best point total in the heptathlon with 4426 (6th)...During the event beat all the athletes in Javelin (116' 7") and the 800m (2:24.28).
2024 Indoor: Competed at eight meets…Tallied nine top 15 finishes…Started the season off placing sixth in the pentathlon with 3143 total points…During the event recorded finishes of second and first in the shot put (34' 11.25") and 800m dash (2:25.53)...Posted two new personal bests at the Redhawks Invite in the 55m (7.81) and 55m hurdles (9.93)...At the Illini Challenge, totaled 3044 total points for a seventh place finish with third (35' 3.25", SP) and second (2:27.16, 800m) place finishes in the event…Jumped over a height of 4' 10.25" at the Redhawks Open to take the bronze a new personal record…tabbed a fifth place finish and new personal best in the pentathlon with 3204 points at the 2024 Indoor OVC Championship.
2023 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets…Posted seven top-ten finishes…Started the season registering a new personal best in the 400 finishing with a time of 59.39 and a fifth place finish and placed ninth in the javelin with a throw of 111’ 8” (34.03m) at the South Alabama Invitational. At the 2023 Joey Haines invitational placed eighth in the javelin throw with a mark of 102’ 10” (31.34m)...Recorded a new personal best in the 400-meter at the Georgia Tech Invitational with a time of 58.82…Posted a time of 18.48 in the 100-meter hurdles (9th) at the Memphis Tiger Invitational and set a new PR in the long jump placing seventh with a jump of 17’ 5.5” (5.32m)...At the 2023 Outdoor OVC championships set a new personal best in the heptathlon placing fourth with a total score of 4364 while setting a PR in the heptathlon 100-meter hurdles 17.84 (8th), heptathlon 200-meter running for a time of 26.52 (3rd), and in the heptathlon Javelin throw 119’ 5” (36.39m) placing first. Also placed first in the heptathlon 800-meter with a run of 2:20.80.
2023 Indoor: Competed in eight meets…Nocthed nine 11 top-ten finishes…At the 2023 Redhawks invite set a new personal best in the high jump 4’9” (1.45m) finishing in ninth, and in the shot put finished eighth with a throw of 32’ 3.75” (9.85m)...Placed seventh in the pentathlon with a total score of 2124 while setting a PR in the pentathlon shot put 33’ 2.5” (10.12m) with a first place finish and a PR in the pentathlon 60-meter hurdles 12.26 (7th), and placed first in the pentathlon 800-meter with a time of 2:29.39 at the John Gartland Invitational…At the 2023 Hoosier Hills recorded a fourth place finish in the 4x400 3:59.75 and set a PR in the 400-meter 1:00.88 (10th)... She set a new PR in the 55- meter hurdle with a run of 11.46 in the prelims. Placed fifth in the long jump with a jump of 16’ 10.75’’ (5.15m) at the 2023 Redhawks Open... During the Indoor OVC championship she set a new personal best for the Pentathlon with an overall score of 2686 placing eleventh. Set a new PR in the 60- meter hurdles with a run of 11.58 placing thirteenth in the event. Placed second in the 800- meter with a 2:24.10 and fourth in the shot put with a throw of 32’ 3.75’’ (9.85m).

2021 Outdoor: Competed in eight meets…Opened the season with a career-best javelin throw of 115-4 (35.15m) for fourth at the Southern Illinois Bill Cornell Invite (3/19-20)…Also was fifth in the 4x400 meter relay (4:11.70) and ninth in the 800 meters (2:20.63)…Notched a long jump of 15-10.25 (4.83m, 13th) at the Ole Miss Classic (3/26-27)…Also had a javelin mark of 99-3(30.25m, ninth)…Set a personal-best long jump of 16-11.5 (5.17m, 19th) at the 2021 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (4/2-3)…Competed in the field events of shot put (26-10.5, 8.19m, 18th) and javelin (109-4, 33.33m, 14th)…Was seventh in the 4x400 meters in 4:08.84 and crossed the finish in the 27.16 (28th) for the 200 meters…Overcame a career-best high jump height of 4-7 (1.40m, 13th) at the Sycamore Open (4/24)…Also completed the 100 meter hurdles in 20.03 (13th) and was fourth in the javelin competition (101-3, 30.87m)…Finished 14th in the heptathlon with a career-best 3,874 points at the 2021 OVC Track & Field Championship (5/13-15)…She won the 800 meters in the second day of the multis competition in 2:18.70…Also had a javelin distance of 99-6 (30.33m, 14th).
2021 Indoor: Ran in three meets…Opened the season with a time of 2:23.70 for fourth in the 800 meters at the Sycamore Team Challenge (1/30)…Finished as the runner-up in the 800 meters at the Redhawks Invite (2/5) in 2:32.39…Also was a member of the 4x400 meters that finished first in 4:19.85…Took third in the 800 meters at the Redhawks Open (2/20) in 2:24.99.

2020 Indoor: Competed in six meets…Made her Redhawks debut at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/6/19), competing in the 800 meters (2:29.69, third) and 4x400 meter relay (4:14.68, first)…Completed the mile in a personal-best 5:58.09 (10th) at the Missouri Intercollegiate (1/17)…Set career-bests in the 55 meter hurdles (11.79) and long jump (15-7.5, 4.76m, seventh) at the 2020 Redhawks Open (2/21)…Also had a high jump mark of 4-3.25 (1.30m, eighth) and shot put throw of 23-7.5 (7.20m, 11th)…Competed in the Pentathlon at the 2020 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/26-27), accumulating a career-high 2,394 points (15th)…Finished first overall in the 800 meters (2:23.18)…Also had a long jump of 15-4 (4.67m, 10th), shot put throw of 23-8.25 (7.22m, 14th), high jump of 4-4.75 (1.34m, 16th) and completed the 60 meter hurdles in 12.30 (16th)…Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
