2021 Cross Country: Competed in six events in the Fall of 2021...Ran the 4M at the Soybean Invitational in a personal best 21:02.9, finishing in 25th place…Also competed in the ISU Redbird Invitational (8K, 27:22.6, 95th), the Louisville Classic (8K, 26:10.4, 86th), the Golden Eagle Invitational (8K, 27:10.8, 20th), and the OVC Championship (8K, 26:46.3, 39th)…Recorded a personal best at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships, finishing the 10K in 36:37.9 (196th). 
 
2021 Outdoor: Ran in seven meets…Had five top-10 finishes…Made SEMO outdoor debut at the Southern Illinois Bill Cornell Invite (3/19-20), finishing the 5,000 meters in 15:45.12 (10th)…Completed the 10,000 meters at the 2021 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (4/2-3) in a personal-best time of 32:13.27 (seventh)…Finished the 3,000 meters at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational (4/16-17) in a PR time of 9:08.33 (ninth)…Also concluded the 5,000 meters in 15:45.73 (23rd)…Finished as the runner-up in the 5,000 meters at the Sycamore Open (4/24) with a personal-best 15:26.37…Completed the 10,000 meters in 33:05.93 (16th) at the 2021 OVC Track & Field Championship (5/13-15)…Also finished the 5,000 meters in 16:20.27 (21st).
 
2020-21 Cross Country: Ran in three meets…Finished in the SEMO top-five three times…Made Redhawks debut with a career-best 8K of 25:58.8 (22nd) at the Redhawks Invitational (1/23)…Completed the 4.5 mile race at the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagle Invitational (2/19) in a personal-best 24:27.5 (19th)…Crossed the finish line in the 8K at the 2020-21 OVC Cross Country Championship (3/1) in 29:10.7 (31st).

William Woods: Competed in Cross Country and Track & Field at NAIA’s William Woods from fall 2017 to spring 2020…Captured Gold in the 5,000 meters (15:43.27) at the 2020 American Midwest Conference (AMC) Indoor Championships (2/8/20)…Also was fifth in the 3,000 meters (9:32.88)…Finished fourth in the 10,000 meters in 32:14.13 at the 2019 AMC Outdoor Championships (4/26-27/19)…Earned AMC All-Conference honors for cross country in 2018 (third, 26:12.6, 11/2/18) and 2019 (fourth, 26:17.0, 11/8/19)…Member of the 2019 Cross Country AMC Co-Conference Championship Team… Qualified for the NAIA Cross Country Championship in 2018 and 2019…Secured 2018 AMC All-Conference honors for the Indoor 5,000 meters (second, 15:35.92, 2/16/18)…Also was fourth in the 3,000 meters (9:09.45)…Personal bests include Cross Country 8K: 25:33, Track: 1,500 meters: 4:25, 3,000 meters: 9:07, 5,000 meters: 15:35, 10,000 meters: 32:14…Named to the Fall 2017 William Woods University Deans List.
