2023 Cross Country: Raced in two meets…At the Redhawks invite placed 17th in the 6k crossing the line in 19:52.8…Ran in the 8k race at Angel Mounds Invitational and finished in 70th with a time of 27:07.6.
Prep: Was a four year letter-winner at Cape Central High School and graduated in May 2023...Place 10th at state in cross country, second in the mile, eighth in the 800, and sixth in the 3200 during his senior year...In 2022 was a cross country state qualifier and finished eighth at state in th 1600...His personal bests include finishes of 1:54 in the 800-meter, 4:15 in the 1600, 9:36 in the 3200, and a 16:19 finish in the 5k.
Personal: Born August 20, 2004...Son of Steve Seabaugh and Melissa Marra...Plans to major in Sports Management.
