2023 Outdoor: Competed in two meets…Had two top-three performances…During the 2023 Joey Haines Invitational placed second in the discus throw with a mark of 161’ 8” (49.29m)...Threw for a distance of 146’ 6” (44.66m) at the Cougar Classic in the discus throw and finished in third place. 

2023 Indoor: Competed in seven meets…Nocthed seven top-five finishes and three top-two finishes…Named OVC female field athlete of the week once…At the Redhawks Invite set a new PR in the weight throw earning a second place finish with a throw of 56’ 7.5” (17.26m)...Recorded two more PR’s at the John Gartland Invitational, in the weight throw 57’ 2” (17.42m) for a fourth place finish and in the shot put 41’ 7” (12.67m) for a sixth place finish… Notched a PR and a first place medal in the weight throw with a 62' 3.25" (18.98m) throw at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic…Threw for a fourth place finish in the weight throw 60' 2.5" (18.35m) at the Hoosier Hills Invite… At the 2023 Redhawks Open she set a new personal best in the shot put with a throw of 42’ 0’’ (12.80m) with a fifth place finish, in the weight throw she obtained another fifth place finish, going the distance of 56’ 5.75’’ (17.21m)... During the Indoor OVC championship finished on top of the podium in the weight throw, throwing for 61’ 3.5’’ (18.68m).
