2023 Outdoor: Ran at seven meets…Tallied 11 top ten finishes with seven of them being top five…At the first meet of the season finished ninth in the 200, crossing the line at 22.80 and seventh in the 400 (52.29)...Placed fifth at the Joey Haines Invite in the 4x400 (3:24.91)...At the Cougar Classic posted a new personal record in the 100-meter with a time of 11.10 for fourth, also ran the 400-meter hurdles fast enough for third (56.10)...Crossed the line at 55.64 (22nd) for a new PR at the Georgia Tech Invitational… Ran in four events at the Memphis Tiger Invite and placed top ten in all of them, fourth in the 4x400 (3:21.22), second in the 4x100 (42.03), seventh in the 400-meter (50.11), and he crossed the line at 22.36 for a new PR and a fifth place finish in the 200…Recorded another new PR in the 400, running it in 49.65 (13th) and finished third in the 4x100 (41.34) at the OVC Championship.

2023 Indoor: Competed in two meets…Had three top ten finishes…Opened the season at the Redhawks invite with a fourth place finish in the 400 (53:01), second in the 4x400 (3:36.93), and a PR in the 55 meter, running it in 6.77 (15th)... Finished 8th in the 4x400 with a run of 3:40 at the John Gartland Invite.

2022 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2022 Indoor: Did not compete.

2020 Indoor: Ran in seven meets…Had two top-five finishes…Finished first in the 4x400 meters (3:24.76) and second in the 200 meters (23.06) at the season-opening SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/6/19)…Posted a mark of   23.14  in the 200 meters (sixth) at the Gene Edmonds Memorial (1/10-11)…Set a new personal-best of 7.21 in the preliminaries for the 60 meters at the 2020 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/26-27).

2019 Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets…Had four top-five finishes…Set a personal-best 400 meter time of 51.46 (10th) at the ASU Red Wolf Open (4/19-20)…Also finished the 200 meters in 22.57 (ninth)…Was a member of the third place finishing 4x400 meter relay team (3:18.31) at the Memphis Tiger Invitational (4/26-27)…Posted new career bests in the 100 meters (11.19) and 200 meters (22.53) to finish fifth in both events at the SIUE Gateway Classic (5/3)…Finished fourth in the 4x100 meters, clocking in at 42.50 at the OVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/9-11) in Cape Girardeau.

2019 Indoor: Competed in eight meets…Posted six top-five finishes…Won the 200 meters (23.55) and the 4x400 meter relay (3:33.97) at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/7)…Also was third in the 55 meters in a personal-best 6.84…Placed third in both the 200 meters (22.78) and 4x400 meter (3:26.93) relay at the Illini Open (1/12)…Completed the 400 meters in 52.94 for sixth at the Hoosier Hills (2/8). 

Prep: Graduated from Riverview Gardens High School in 2018...Lettered all four years...Finished third in the 200m, fourth in the 400m and fifth in the 4x200m at the Class 4 State Championships...Also was a first-team Missouri Great Southwest honoree and placed third in the 4x200m at the Great Southwest...Personal bests are 21.85 in the 200m and 48.98 in the 400m...Also ran cross country and recorded a career best time of 19:38 (3 mile)...Competed on the St. Louis Blues Track Club...Named to the Senior Honor Roll and earned the Student of the Week Award and Senior Top 10 Class Rank Award.

Personal: Majoring in Computer Science at SEMO.
