2018 Outdoor: Opened the season with a first place finish in the mile at the Rhodes Invitational (3/16-17) in a personal-best 4:17.34...Won the 1500 meters at the 2018 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/30-31, 3:53.83) and SLU Billiken Invitational (4-6/7, 3:56.42)...Placed fourth at the Beach Invitational (4/20-21) in 3:46.56...Was fourth in the 1500 meters (3:53.96) and eighth in the 5000 meters (15:49.17) at the OVC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

2018 Indoor: Ran in eight meets...Placed first in the 3000 meters at the Vanderbilt Opener (12/2/17) in 8:31.12 and then won the mile at the SEMO vs SIUE Dual Meet (12/8/17) in 4:17.54...Was the runner-up in the distance medley relay at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/19-20) with time of 10:19.99...Finished second in the 5000 meters at the 2018 Indiana University Relays (1/26-27) in 15:04.54...Second at the 2018 Hoosier Hills (2/9) with a time of 8:22.15 in the 3000 meters...Was first at the 2018 Redhawks Open (2/16) in 4:13.03 in the mile...Earned two bronze medals at the OVC Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/23-24) in the mile (4:13.87) and distance medley relay (10:08.18)...Also finished eighth in the 3000 meters (8:36.21).

2017 Cross Country: Did not compete.
 
2017 Outdoor: Finished sixth in 800m in 1:56.69 at the Memphis Invitational 2017 (4/28)...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2016 Cross Country: Ran in six meets…Recorded top-50 finish in four out of six races…Took fifth at the Gabby Reuveni (9/2) with a time of 19:13…Finished 31st at the Louisville Classic (10/1) with a time of 25:01.3…Placed 44th (27:04.9) at the OVC Championship (10/29).

2016 Outdoor: Competed in eight meets…Set PRs in the 800m (2:00.02), 1500m (3:46.31) and 5000m (14:25.03)…Compiled nine top-10 finishes…Won the 1500m title (3:49.16) at the OVC Championship (5/14)…Claimed the 3000m title (8:26.04) at the SIUE Gateway Invite (4/16)…Collected the 1500m title (3:54.22) at the Joey Haines Invite (4/2)…Finished second in the 1500m at the Georgia Tech Invitational (4/23) with a time of 3:48.78…Added a fourth-place finish in the 5000m (PR) at the Memphis Tiger Invitational (4/30).

2016 Indoor: Competed in eight meets…Broke the 1000m indoor record with a time of 2:26.25…Member of distance medley relay squad to set the new record (9:55.52) in a second-place effort at the Meyo Invitational (2/6)…Set PRs in the 600m (1:23.63), 1000m, mile (4:12.45), 3000m (8:18.18) and 5000m (14:28.91)…Won five total titles; the mile (4:12.45) at the Missouri Invitational (1/15), the mile (4:17.12) at the UINDY Collegiate Invitational (1/23), the 3000m (8:41.93) at the SIUE Gateway Invite (1//29), the 5000m (PR) at the Fred Wilt Invitational (2/13) and the 1000m (PR) at the Redhawk Invite (2/19).

2015 Cross Country: Ran in all six races…Finished in the top-50 in all but one race…Named Male OVC Runner of the Week (9/22) after finishing 20th at the Commodore Classic, the highest finish by any OVC runner that week…Took first place at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird (19:48).

2015 Outdoor: Saw action at seven meets… Set PRs in the 1500m (3:50.58), the 3000m (8:31.06) and the 5000m (14:59.08)… Placed first in 1500m at Joey Haynes Invitational (3:57.12) and Memphis Invitational (3:51.32)…Had seven top five finishes…Placed fifth in the 1500m and seventh in the 5000m at the OVC Championships.

2015 Indoor: Competed in seven meets…Named Southeast Scholar-Athlete…Set PRs in the mile (4:10.41), 3000m (8:37.07) and 5000m (15:16.64)…Placed fourth in the mile at the OVC Championships with a time of 4:16.45…Took second in the distance medley relay (10:14.26) at Hoosier Hills…Finished first in the mile (4:18.82) at the EIU Early Bird…Accumulated seven top five finishes.

2014 Cross Country: Ran in all seven meets in 2014... Started the season off with a third-place finish at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird with a time of 19:28... Took 21st two weeks later at the Forest Park Cross Country Festival... Finished 18th at the Saluki Invitational... Was Southeast’s second finisher at the Bradley Classic with an 86th-place finish... Finished 34th at the OVC Championships. 

2014 Outdoor: Competed in six outdoor meets, primarily in the 1500m... Ran a season best 1500m at the Alabama Relays in 3:53, finishing 14th at the event... Won his lone 3000m race of the season at the Memphis Invitational with a time of 8:54... Finished the 1500m race at the OVC Championships in 13th-place. 

2014 Indoor: Ran in six indoor meets in 2014... Finished third in the distance medley relay at the OVC Championships with a time of 10:19... Finished second in the mile run at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet with a time of 4:25... Finished the mile fifth at the Hoosier Hills Meet in 4:18, a season-best. 

2013 Cross Country: Competed in six meets... Finished 11th at the Washington Early Bird (8/31) followed by a 12th-place finish at the SIUE Cross Country Challenge... Best 8k time of the season was recorded at the Bradley “Pink” Classic in 27:05. 

Prep: Graduated from Chatham-Glenwood High School in 2013… Lettered all four years… Garnered Most Valuable Runner award three years in a row and conference Male Runner of the Year twice for cross country… Earned all-conference honors in both track and cross country three of his four years… Earned fourth-place in the 3,200 meter event at state his junior.
