2023 Outdoor: Ran in six meets…Recorded five top-ten finishes…Opened the season at the Mississippi State Bulldog Relays placing tenth in the 5000-meter with a run of 19:55.91…Set a new personal record crossing the line in 11:56.08 in the 3000-meter steeplechase during the Joe Walker Invitational…At the Cougar Classic finished with the silver medal in the 3000-meter steeplechase finishing in 12:17.61…Posted a time of 19:09.20 at the Memphis Tiger Invitational in the 5000-meter placing sixth…Placed tenth in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 12:19.76 at the 2023 Outdoor OVC Championships.
2023 Indoor: Ran in five meets…Posted three top-five finishes…To begin the season at the 2023 Redhawks Invite placed fourth in the 3000 meter with a time of 10:57.18…At the John Gartland Invitational she came in second setting a PR in the 5000 meter with a run of 18:50.00…Posted a PR in the mile (5:24.84) at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic…Finished with another PR during the 2023 Hoosier Hills in the 3000-meter (10:51.38)… At the 2023 Redhawks Open recorded a 5:28.09 in the mile that awarded her a first place finish.
2022 Cross Country: Ran in all six meets…Posted two top 15 finishes…Placed in the SEMO top five four times…Started the season off with two PRs in back to back meets, the first at the Redhawks XC Invitational in the 4k with a time of 15:27.0 for 14th, the second at the McKendree Bearcat Classic in the 5k when she crossed the line at 19:30.4 for sixth where the women finished first out of seven teams…Ran 5k at the Louisville Classic in 20:11.4 (351st)...In the first 6k for her she placed fifth in the SEMO women, 218th overall at the Bradley Pink Classic…At the OVC Championship notched a top five SEMO finish again when she ran the 6k in 23:46.3 (28th) to help her team finish fourth overall...At the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships placed third in the SEMO women and achieved a new personal best with a time of 23:02.8 (180th) in the 6k.
2022 Outdoor: Competed in four meets…Posted a PR in the 2,000 meter steeplechase of 8:08.63 (10th) at the Ole Miss Classic (3/25-26)…Also clocked a time of 2:44.91 (29th) in the 800 meters…Completed the 1,500 meters in a personal best 5:09.74 (22nd) at the Joey Haines (4/1-2)…Registered a career high 3,000 meter steeplechase of 12:30.37 for fourth at the Redbird Challenge (4/15-16)…Was also fourth in that event at the Memphis Tiger Invitational (4/29-30) with a time of 12:56.74.
2022 Indoor: Ran in three meets…Was fifth in the 3,000 meters at the Redhawks Invite (1/15) in 11:41.88…Also finished the mile in 5:44.05 (eighth)…Clocked at 5:35.02 (13th) in the mile at the John Gartland Invitational (1/21-22)…Ran in the 4x400 meter relay (4:41.36) for a seventh-place showing in that meet…Crossed the finish line in 11:13.29 for eighth in the 3,000 meters at the Don DeNoon
