2025 Outdoor: Ran in seven meets...Finished in the top 10 twice individually...At the Pacesetter Sports Invitational Dwaah finished ninth in the 400- meters in 1:00.53 along with running a leg in the 4X400-meter relay which won the event...At the Memphis Tiger Invitational she finished fifth in the 100m in 12.04 along with a second place finish in the 4X100-meter relay...Wrapping up her career at the OVC Championships she finished 14th in the 100, 16th in the 200 along with a third place finish running a leg in thw 4X100 relay and a fourth place finish in the 4X400 relay.

2025 Indoor: Competed in two meets...Ran in the Don DeNoon Invite fourth second in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.87s and second in the 200-meters with a mark of 25.91...At the Redhawks Open she finished third in the 55-meter dash with a time of 7.26.

2024 Outdoor: Ran at eight meets…Recorded 14 top five performances…At the Ole Miss Classic placed third and fourth in the 4x400 (3:51.34) and the 4x100 (47.30)...Tallied three top two finishes at the Joey Haines Invite, with times of 57.66 (2nd), 46.64 (2nd), 3:50.59 (1st), in the 400, 4x100m and 4x400m…Notched second place finishes in the 4x400 (3:50.83) and 4x100 (46.28) while recording times of 11.86 (100m) and 24.46 (200m) for third and fourth at the Memphis Tiger Invitational…Grabbed the silver and gold medal at the Ohio Valley Outdoor Championships with ending times of 3:45.84 and 46:37 in the 4x400m and 4x100m relay races.

2024 Indoor: Ran in eight meets…Posted 13 top five finishes…Placed first in the 4x400m (5) every time she ran the event…Began the season off with two new personal bests in the 60m and 300m with times of 7.67 (4th) and 41.55 (5th)...Notched times of 7.30 (2nd) and 1:02.79 (4th) in the 55m and the 400-meter race at the Redhawks Invite…Crossed the line in third after running the 200-meter in 25.24 at the Bellarmine Open…At the 2024 Indoor Ohio Valley Conference championships ran the 200-meter in 25.11 to place sixth and claimed the top spot in the 4x400m relay with a finishing time of 3:47.62.

2023 Outdoor: Ran in eight meets…Recorded 12 top-five finishes including eight top-three finishes…Recorded a new PR to open up the season at the South Alabama Invitational placing third in the 400-meter for a time of 57.98 and posted a time of 25.08 in the 200-meter for a fourth place finish…Placed fourth in the 4x400 with a time of 3:59.16 and sixth in the 4x100 (46.61) at the 2023 Mississippi State Bulldog Relays…Posted a time of 24.68 in the 200-meter placing second at the 2023 Joey Haines Invite and placed third in the 4x100 with a time of 46.99…At the Cougar Classic recorded three first place finishes, in the 200-meter setting a new personal best with a run of 24.51, in the 4x100 crossing the finish line in 46.04, and in the 4x400 with a time of 3:47.31…At the Georgia Tech Invitational finished in fourth place with a run of 46.23 in the 4x100…At the 2023 Outdoor OVC Championships placed second in the 4x100 with a time of 45.47, set a new PR in the 100-meter preliminaries (11.85) and placed second in the finals with a dash of 11.96.

2023 Indoor: Ran in seven meets…Posted six top-five finishes…To start the season finished seventh in the 300 meter with a time of 44.34, which was a new personal best at the Edmonds Wilt Invitational…At the 2023 Redhawks invite set a new PR in the 55 meter dash earning a fourth place finish with run of 7.32 and took home the third place finish in the 4x400 (4:21.92)...Placed third in the 200-meter running for a time of 26.30 and finished in fifth place in the 4x400 (4:25.01) at the John Gartland Invitational…At the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic placed seventh in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 4:00.55…Recorded a fourth place finish in the 200-meter 25.52 and seventh place finish in the 60-meter dash 7.82 at the 2023 Hoosier Hills…At the Indoor OVC Championships placed seventh in the 60-meter with a dash of 7.75 and finished in ninth place in the 200 with a run of 25.13.

2022 Outdoor: Ran in seven meets…Posted four top five finishes…Began the season placing eighth in 100 meter (12.60) at the Rhodes College Track & Field Invitational…Posted a time of 47.05  (2nd) at the Joey Haines Invite in the 4x100…Had top 10 times on three occasions at the Memphis Tiger Invitational, placing eighth in the 100 meter (12.55), eighth in the 200 meter (26.04) and first in the 4x100 (47.09)...Secured a PR in the 100 meter with a time of 12.52   (16th), and ran the 200 meter in 26.19  (17th), while also placing third in the 4x100 running 46.33  at the OVC Outdoor Championships. 

2022 Indoor: Ran in two meets…Opened the season running a 8.00  60 meter (9th)...Notched a PR in the 55 meter with a time of 7.36  (3rd) and finished fourth the next 55 meter running 7.47 at the Redhawks Invite.

2021 Indoor: Competed in two meets…Earned four top-three finishes…..Placed third in the 200 meters (26.04) at the Sycamore Team Challenge (1/29-30) … Won the 200 meters (26.00) and 4x400 meter relay (4:19.85) at the Redhawks Invite (2/5)…Also, was second in the 400 meters in 1:00.68.

2021 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2020 Indoor: Ran in six meets…Had five top-five finishes…Placed first in both the 60 meters (7.73) and 200 meters (25.78) in her Redhawks debut at the Missouri Intercollegiate (1/17)…Was fifth in the 60 meters in a personal best 7.71 at the Illini Invitational (1/24-25)…Placed third in both the 60 meters (7.76) and 200 meters (25.02)…Concluded the 200 meters in 25.02 (sixth) at the 2020 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/26-27)…Set a PR time of 24.96 in the preliminaries for the 200 meters.
