2025 Outdoor: Competed in six meets...Secured five top 10 finishes...She opened the outdoor season with a 15th place finish in the 100-meter hurdles aat the Ole Miss Classic, while also running a leg of the 4X400-meter relay...Her first individual top 10 of the outdoor season came at the Memphis Tiger Invitational where she placed fifth in the javelin throw, reaching a PR with a mark of 126' 6" and 10th in the 100m hurdles in a time of 17.25...At the OVC Championships Holweg finished fifth in the heptathlon setting a PR with 4,506 points, she also set PRs in the 200-meters, shot put, and 100m hurdles. She also finished ninth in the javelin throw individually.

2025 Indoor: Participated in seven meets...Finished in the top 10 five times...Started the season at the Indiana Early Bird meet competing in the pentathlon where she accumulated 2'969 points and set a PR in the 800...In the first home meet, the Redhawks Invite, She set a PR in the long jump reaching 17' 11.5" (5.47m) and a third place finish...At the OVC Championships she competed in the pentathlon, finishing sixth with 2,889 points, including a third place finish in the long jump, as well as a 14th place finish in the long jump individually.

2024 Outdoor: Competed in six meets…Notched ten top ten performances…Ended with a time of 1:10.65 in the 400-meter Hurdles for fourth at the Richard Martin Invitational…After the 100-meter hurdles were over she had a new PR time of 17.23 (29th) at the Ole Miss Classic…At the Joey Haines Invite chalked up 3966 total points for a seventh place finish and a new personal record in the heptathlon…During the event notched marks of 30' 7.75" (PR, 9th), 17' 4.25" (3rd), and 106' 7" (3rd) in the shot put, long jump, and the javelin and a time of 26.01 for second…Recorded two bronze medal performances in the 400-meter hurdles (1:11.79) and the javelin (114' 3")...Threw for a new personal best mark of 123' 5" in the javelin for fifth at the Outdoor OVC Championship.

2024 Indoor: Competed at nine meets…Chalked up 13 top 15 finishes…Began the season with a 2688 point total in the pentathlon John Coughlin Invite…Ran the 60-meter hurdles and 55m sprint in 9.76 and 7.69 for two new personal records at the Edmunds Wilt Invite and the Joey Haines Invite…Achieved a new personal record in the 60m with a ending time of 8.17 (15th) and her 4x400m team crossed the line at 4:07.94 for fourth at the Bellarmine Open…Finished the 400m dash in 1:02.42 (15th) for another new PR…Jumped for marks of 17' 11" (PR) and 4' 8.25" for second and fourth at the Redhawks Open.

2023 Outdoor: Competed in eight meets…Posted nine top-ten finishes…Opened the season setting two new personal bests at the South Alabama Invitational in the javelin throw placing 11th 96’ 10” (29.53m) and placing 13th in the 200-meter (26.35). Also recorded two eighth place finishes in the high jump 4’ 10.5” (1.49m) and in the long jump 17’ 3.25” (5.26m)...At the 2023 Mississippi State Bulldog Relays set a PR in the 400-meter and the javelin with a time of 1:02.77 (25th) and a throw of 119’ 8” (36.48m) placing tenth. Finished in fourth place in the 4x400 finishing in 3:59.16…Set two more personal best during the Joey Haines Invitational, one in the High jump finishing in tenth clearing the height of 5’ 05” (1.54m) and the other on in the 100-meter hurdles with a run of 17.87 placing 18th…At the Joe Walker Invitational recorded a PR and placed 20th in the heptathlon with a total score of 3933 points. Set a PR heptathlon 200-meter (26.31) placing 12th and in the heptathlon 800-meter with the time of 2:48.19 (20th)...Placed eighth in the javelin with a throw of 104’ 6” (31.86m) at the Cougar Classic…At the Memphis Tiger Invitational set another PR in the 400-meter hurdles crossing the finish line in 1:08.26 placing fourth and placed third in the javelin throw 107’ 4” (32.72m)...During the 2023 Outdoor OVC Championships had a mark of 104’ 7” (31.88m) in the javelin throw finishing in ninth.

2023 Indoor: Competed in eight meets…Finished in the top-five five times…At the Edmonds-Wilt Invitational finished with a time of 26.81 (6th) in the 200 which was a new personal record…At the Redhawks Invite finished third in the long jump with a jump of 17’ 10.25” (5.44m), seventh in the high jump 4’ 11” (1.50m), and 12th in the 55 meter hurdle preliminaries with a run of 9.58, all of which were new PR’s…Recorded a PR and placed sixth in the Pentathlon with 2780 total points while setting a personal best in the Pentathlon 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.98, the high jump 4’ 11.75” (1.52m), the shot put 26’ 6.25” (8.08m), and in the 800-meter (2:51.05) at the John Gartland Invitational. At the 2023 Indiana University Relays set a new personal best in the 60 meter while running a 8.32…Notched a ninth place finish in the long jump (17' 1.25", 5.21m) at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic… At the 2023 Redhawks Open she placed fifth in the high jump 4’ 11’’ (1.50m), second in the 55- meter hurdle running a 9.59 and third in the long jump 17’ 0’’ (5.18m)...Placed 11th at the Indoor OVC Championships in the high jump with a jump of 4’ 11” (1.50m).

Prep: Attended Delta High School...Won the 100m in seven meets...Posted nine first-place finishes in the 200m...Won the high jump on three occasions and the long jump four times...Claimed the MSHSAA Class 1 state title in the 300m hurdles, 200m and 100m events...Her 12.54 in the 100m was a personal record...Four-sport athlete (cross country, basketball, softball, track & field) who earned several All-Conference and All-District honors.
