2023 Outdoor: Ran in six meets…Nocthed nine top-five finishes including seven top-three performances…Started the season placing first in the 1500-meter with a run of 4:27.15, second in the 4x800 crossing the finish line in 9:01.34 which was fast enough to break the school record, and fifth in the 4x400 (4:03.14) at the Mississippi State Bulldog Relays…Set a new PR in the 5000-meter at the 2023 Joey Haines Invite with a time of 17:18.76 finishing in second and placed first in the 1500-meter with a run of 4:28.57…Tailed a time of 4:23.36 which broke the school record at the time and finished in fifth at the Joe Walker Invitational 2023…During the Georgia Tech Invitational placed second in the 800-meter finishing in 2:09.63 and placed sixth in the 1500-meter crossing the finish line in 4:21.62 which was a new personal record and that time broke the Southeast Missouri State school record again…Took the top spot on the podium in the 1500-meter at the 2023 Outdoor OVC Championships with a time of 4:30.68 and finished in second place in the 800-meter running a time of 2:10.54.
2023 Indoor: Ran in six meets…Registered eight top-three finishes and five first place finishes…To begin the season set a PR in the 3000 meter with a run of 10:06.87 while placing first at the 2023 Redhawks Invite…During the John Gartland Invitational she obtained another PR in the mile running 4:58.70 and placed first…She would also place first in the distance medley relay with a score of 13:33.64 with her team…Three weeks in a row achieved a PR in three different events, the first in the 5000 (17:32.65), second in the mile (4:52.07) for a third place finish, and lastly in the 3000 (9:47.71) for a first place finish… During the Indoor OVC championship set a new PR in the 3000- meter with a first place finish as she ran a 9:45.79. In the 5000 ran a 17:33.12 which led to a second place finish in that event.
2022 Cross Country: Ran in all six meets…Posted three top ten finishes…Placed in the SEMO top five all but once, also led the SEMO women twice…Grabbed the bronze medal and a new PR at the Redhawks Invite with a finish of 14:25.3 in the 4k while also placing first in the SEMO women…Tallied a fifth place finish at the Bearcat Classic in the 5k, running it in 19:17.8 where the women took first out of seven teams…Ran the 5k in 18:45.4 for third in the SEMO women but 199th overall at the Louisville Classic…Led the SEMO women at the Bradley Pink Classic with a new personal best time of 22:10.0 (117th)...Ran the 6k at the OVC Championship in 22:26.5 for seventh but second in the SEMO women to qualify for the NCAA’s as the women finished four as a team.
2022 Outdoor: Did not compete due to a season-ending injury suffered during the indoor season.
2022 Indoor: Ran in three meets before suffering a season-ending injury…Notched three first-place finishes and five top-five finishes…Won both the mile (5:16.47) and the 4x400 meter relay (4:11.32) at the Redhawks Invite (1/15)…Placed fifth in the 800 meters in 2:25.70...Took first in the DMR (12:56.95) and fifth in the 800 meters (2:19.99) at the John Gartland Invitational (1/21-22)…Posted a personal best mile time of 4:59.30 (21st) at the Indiana Relays (1/28-29)…Was also fifth in the DMR (12:07.92) and eighth in the 4x400 meter relay (4:00.76).
2021 Cross Country: Competed in five meets in the Fall of 2021…Set a personal best at the ISU Redbird Invitational in the women’s 6k finishing in 23:03.0 (59th)…At the OVC Championship ran the women’s 5k in 19:05.7, finishing in 17th place.
2021 Outdoor: Ran in eight meets…Had 14 top-five finishes and three first place finishes…Captured the 2021 OVC Championship in the 800 meters…Opened the season with a second place finish in the 4x400 meter relay (4:02.79), third in the 800 meters (2:16.59) and fifth in the 1,500 meters (4:42.55) at the Southern Illinois Bill Cornell Invite (3/19-20)…Won the 800 meters in 2:12.08 at the Ole Miss Classic (3/26-27)…Also took fourth in the 4x400 meter relay (3:56.90)…Finished as the runner-up in the 1,500 meters in a personal-best time of 4:36.05 at the 2021 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (4/2-3)…Also was fourth in the 4x400 meter relay (3:57.37)…Grabbed a pair of second place finishes in the distance medley relay (11:41.74) and 4x800 meter relay (9:10.64)…In the 4x400 meter relay, placed fifth (3:53.41) and completed the 1,500 meters in 4:38.89 (16th)…Concluded the 800 meters in 2:09.85 for fifth at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational (4/16-17)…Notched PRs in the 800 meters (2:09.27) for third and in the 3,000 meters (10:38.51, 10th) at the 2021 Kentucky Invitational (4/30-5/1)…Closed the season with back-to-back first place finishes in the 800 meters…Won the event in 2:11.79 at the Pacesetter Sports Invitational (5/7)…Also secured Gold in the 800 meters, finishing in 2:12.38 at the 2021 OVC Track & Field Championship (5/13-15) to score for the Redhawks, the 2021 OVC Champions.
2020-21 Cross Country: Ran in four meets…Scored in all four meets in 2020-21 for the women…Finished in the top-10 four times and in the top-five twice…Secured 2020-21 Second-Team All-OVC honors…Opened the campaign with a career-best time of 18:06.8 (5K) for third overall at the Redhawks Invitational (1/23) as the women finished first out of five teams…Placed sixth in the 5K at the Eastern Illinois Spring Open (2/6) in 19:02.7…Named the OVC Female Runner of the Week on Feb. 25 after she captured first at the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagle Invitational (2/19), for her first career top cross country finish…Finished the 5K in 18:27.4…Completed the 5K at the 2020-21 OVC Cross Country Championship (3/1) in 19:54.0 for eighth to earn 2020-21 Second-Team All-OVC honors.
2020 Indoor: Ran in seven meets…Had six top-five finishes…Made her Redhawks debut at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/6/19), finishing third in the mile (5:24.30)…Also posted a personal-best 3,000 meters mark of 11:45.33 for fifth…Took first in the 4x800 meter relay in 10:07.60 at the Missouri Intercollegiate (1/17)…Also was third in the 800 meters, setting a personal record of 2:20.51…Completed the 4x400 meter relay in 4:07.00 (fifth) and concluded the mile in 5:10.65 (eighth) at the Illini Invitational (1/24-25)…Captured Silver in the distance medley relay at the 2020 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/26-27), finishing in 12:00.67…Also was seventh in the 4x400 meter relay (3:59.77) and ninth in the mile with a PR mark of 5:02.86…Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
2019 Cross Country: Ran in all six meets…Made Redhawks cross country debut with an eighth-place finish of 19:34.1 at the 2019 Saluki Invite (9/30)…Completed the Bradley Intercollegiate (9/20) in a personal-best three mile mark of 18:35.5 (27th)…Set a 6K personal record at Missouri’s Gans Creek Classic (9/27), crossing the finish in 24:47.8 (73rd)…Finished 30th at the 2019 OVC Championship (11/2) at SIUE in Edwardsville, Illinois, in a personal best 19:03.6…Completed the 6K at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/15) at Oklahoma State in Stillwater, Oklahoma, in 24:48.0 (212th)…Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
Prep: Attended Homestead High School in Mequon, Wisconsin, the same school and hometown that produced former Redhawk soccer player Shay Darga...Did not compete for Homestead on the soccer pitch, but played club soccer for FC Wisconsin Eclipse ECNL year-round for head coach Christian Lavers...Was the starting midfielder all four club seasons for ECNL...The team qualified for the ECNL playoffs the last three seasons of her career... Eclipse were the runners-up for the ENCL...Was an honor roll student and a member of the “Champions” community group...Also competed in track & field, earning team MVP honors as a freshman, sophomore, and junior...Was the conference and regional runner up in the 800 and 1600m those three years...Qualified for state as a freshman and junior...Competed for Homestead High School her senior year and won the Susan B. Award for exemplary character and leadership on and off the field.
