2016 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets…Set PRs in the 800m (1:51.65) and 1500m (4:29.13) races…Totaled seven top-10 finishes…Recorded two second-place finishes at the SIUE Gateway Invite (4/16) in the 4x400m relay (3:23.04) and 800m (1:54.92)…Finished third in the 800m (1:55.91) at the WKU Hilltopper Relays (4/9)…Added a fifth and sixth-place finish at the OVC Championship (5/14) in the 800m final (1:52.91) and 800m prelim (PR), respectively.

2016 Indoor: Competed in six meets…Had a top-10 finish in all but one event…Member of distance medley relay team that recorded the program’s fifth fastest time (9:55.52) in a second-place effort at the Meyo Invitational (2/6)…Won the 800m at the UINDY Collegiate Invitational (1/23) with a time of 1:58.36…Came in second in the 800m (1:56.20) at the SIUE Dual Meet (1/29)…Tallied a second and fourth-place finish at the OVC Championship (2/27) in the 800m (1:52:58) and distance medley relay (10:47.79). 
 

2014 Cross Country (NSU): Ran in four meets…Finished eighth at the Westminster Academy Invitational with a time of 16:56.57…Placed 30th (28:03.30) at the SSC Championships

2013 Cross Country (NSU): Ran in several events as a sophomore and helped his team place third in the Sunshine State Conference...Claimed fifth among Sharks in his home town at the Mountain Dew Invitational and clocked in at 27:26.68.

2012 Cross Country (Nova Southeastern): Was a key member of the Sharks’ first Sunshine State Conference and NCAA South Region Championship…Ran the program’s 15th best 8K time ever at the SSC Championship, finishing in eighth place with a time of 26:25.90…Ran the program’s eighth best 10K time ever at the NCAA South Region Championship, finishing in 14th place with a time of 32:53.95…Clocked in at 34:36.80 in the 10K at the NCAA Division II National Championship.

Prep: Ran cross country and track at P.K. Yonge D.R.S...Finished eighth, in the state, in cross country…Finished fifth, in state, in the mile…Named all-area in the 800 meter.
