2021 Cross Country: Competed in five meets in the Fall of 2021…Set a personal best at the Soybean Invitational in the 3M finishing in 18:31.2 (12th)…Set a personal best at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships in the women’s 6K, finishing in 23:16.6 (167th).

2021 Outdoor: Ran in seven meets…Had three top-five finishes and six top-10 finishes…Took third in the 3,000 meter steeplechase in a personal-best 11:50.95 at the Southern Illinois Bill Cornell Invite (3/19-20)…Finished fourth in the 5,000 meters in 18:52.58 at the 2021 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (4/2-3)…Notched a PR time of 18:42.29 for fourth in the 5,000 meters at the Sycamore Open (4/24)…Registered career bests in the 1,500 meters (5:03.47, 35th) and 3,000 meters (10:52.83, 18th) at the 2021 Kentucky Invitational (4/30-5/1)…Crossed the finish in a career-best 39:04.00 for seventh in the 10,000 meters at the 2021 OVC Track & Field Championship (5/13-15) to score for the Redhawks, the 2021 OVC Champions.
 
2020-21 Cross Country: Ran in all four meets…Scored in all four meets in 2020-21 for the women…Set a personal-best 5K time of 18:50.6 for 11th at the Redhawks Invitational (1/23) as the women finished first out of five teams…Completed the 5K at the Eastern Illinois Spring Open (2/6) in 19:35.3…Posted a top-10 finish (9th) at Tennessee Tech’s Golden Eagle Invitational (2/19) 5K in 19:06.2…Crossed the finish in 20:29.0 for 20th at the 2020-21 OVC Cross Country Championship (3/1).

2020 Indoor: Ran in four meets…Competed in the 3,000 meters at each of those competitions…Opened the season with a mark of 11:23.99 at the Gene Edmonds Memorial   (1/10-11)…Was seventh (11:03.54) in the 3,000 meters at the Missouri Intercollegiate  (1/17)…Posted a season-best time of 10:57.78 (18th) in the 3,000 meters at the Illini Invitational (1/24-25)…Finished second overall in the 3,000 meters at the 2020 Redhawks Open (2/21) in 11:06.68…Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2019 Cross Country: Competed in four meets…Posted a time of 27:01.5 (100th) at Missouri’s Gans Creek Classic (9/27)…Set a season-best 6K mark of 23:58.7 (141st) at the Bradley ‘Pink’ Classic (10/18)…Concluded the 2019 OVC Championship (11/2) 5K in 20:01.5 (58th) at SIUE in Edwardsville, Illinois…Notched a time of 24:25.3 (195th) at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/15) at Oklahoma State in Stillwater, Oklahoma…Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2019 Outdoor: Appeared in four meets…Completed the 3,000 meter steeplechase in 13:13.58 at the 2019 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/29-30)…Earned third in the 5,000 meters (21:02.75) at the ASU Red Wolf Open (4/19-20)…Registered a season-best mark in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (seventh) of 12:49.75 at the Memphis Tiger Invitational (4/26-27)…Tallied a personal best 5:23.29 in the preliminaries for the 1,500 meters (22nd) at the OVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/9-11) in Cape Girardeau...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
 
2019 Indoor: Ran in four meets…Finished sixth in the 3,000 meters at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/7) in 11:20.12 and was a member of the third place finishing 4x400 meter relay team (4:36.22)…Notched a time of 19:24.76 in the 5,000 meters at the Samford Open (1/18-19).

2018 Cross Country: Ran in six meets…Finished 14th at the Saluki Cross Country Invitational (8/31), clocking in at 19:59.0…Placed 10th (20:31.4) at the SIUE John Flamer Invite (9/14)…Ran a 24:28.3 (101st) 6K at the Wisconsin Pre-National Meet (10/13)…Registered a time of 19:28.5 for 55th at the OVC Cross Country Championship (10/27)…Recorded a career-best 6K time of 23:50.4 (209th) at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships (11/9)...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2018 Outdoor: Participated in four meets…Placed fifth in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2018 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/30-31)…Finished eighth in the 5000m at the Memphis Tiger Invitational  (4/27-28) with a personal-best time of 18:42.59…Posted a career-best time of 12:05.29 (12th) in the 3000m steeplechase at the OVC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (5/10-12)...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
 
2018 Indoor: Ran in six meets…Finished eighth in the 3000m at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual (12/8) in 11:01.75…Posted a time of 18:47.03 (9th) in the 5000m at the 2018 Indiana University Relays (1/26-27)…Improved her mark in the 3000m at the Don DeNoon Invitational (2/2-3), clocking in at 10:59.27…Won the event at the 2018 Redhawks Open (2/16) with a personal-best time of 10:57.59…Finished 20th (PR, 5:30.60) in the mile race at the OVC Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/23-24).
