2018 Cross Country: Ran in all six meets…Posted a personal-best 5K of 16:32.0 for 11th at the Saluki Cross Country Invitational (8/31)…Added a PR 8K time of 25:46.3 (132nd) at the Louisville Classic (9/29)…Placed 51st at the OVC Cross Country Championship (10/27), clocking in at 26:29.5…Registered a 10K time of 36:13.0 (200th) at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships (11/9).

2018 Outdoor: Competed in eight meets…Won the 600m with a PR time of 1:23.17 at the South Alabama Jaguar Opener (3/2-3)…Placed third in the 4x400m (3:30.52) at the 2018 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/30-31)…Finished eighth in the 1500m (4:09.89) at the SLU Billiken Invitational (4/6-7)…Posted a time of 1:59.31 for eighth in the 800m at the OVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/10-12), clocking in at 19:06.78.
 
2018 Indoor: Ran in eight meets…Finished second in both the 800m (2:00.97) and the 4x400m (3:33.37) at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/8)…Placed second in the DMR at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/19-20), clocking in at 10:19.99…Won the DMR (10:25.28) and placed third in the 800m (1:56.91) at the 2018 Hoosier Hills (2/9)…Won the 800m with a time of 1:58.32 at the 2018 Redhawks Open (2/16)…Earned two bronzes at the OVC Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/23-24) in the 800m (1:57.14) and DMR (10:08.18).
  
2017 Cross Country: Ran in six races...Finished in the top-25 at the Walt Crawford Open (9/1) in 29:26.3...Placed 22nd at the Forest Park Cross Country Festival (9/8) in 26:46.0...Finished 67th at the OVC Championship (10/28) in 26:49.9....Placed 180th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 33:09.9.
 
2017 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets...Recorded three top-10 finishes...Placed fourth in the 4x4 relay in 3:27.26 at the 2017 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/31)...Finished second in the 4x4 relay with a time of 3:22.15 and set a personal record in the 400m (51.38, ninth) at the Gibson Invitational (4/14)...Placed 15th in the 800m (1:55.73) at the OVC Championship (5/11).
 
2017 Indoor: Competed in seven meets...Recorded nine top-10 finishes...Was a member of the 4x400m team that won the relay in 3:32.90 at the SEMO vs. SIU-Edwardsville Dual (12/9)...Also placed second in the 800m in 2:00.17....Won the distance medley relay at the 2017 Indiana University Relays (1/27) in 10:42.46....Set a personal-best of      1:54.79 in the 800m for 27th at the Music City Challenge (2/10)....Took second in the 4x400m relay at the 2017 Redhawks Invite (2/17) with a time of 3:39.86....Finished sixth in the dmr (10:47.18) and ninth in the 800m (1:55.89) at the OVC Championship (2/24).

2016 Cross Country: Ran in all seven races…Had three finishes in the top 40…Highest finish came at the Rebel Invitational (9/9 - 25th) following a time of 21:08.2…Finished 28th to open the season at the Gabby Reuveni (9/2)…Led the team at the Bradley Pink Classic (10/14), placing 34th with a time of 26:37.3.

2016 Outdoor: Competed in five meets…Set a season-high in the 1500m with a time of 4:04.86…Recorded two top-10 finishes…Member of 4x400m team to place second (3:23.84) at the SIUE Gateway Invite (4/16)…Took ninth in the 1500m (4:11.50) at the same meet…Added an 11th-place finish at the Memphis Tiger Invitational (4/30) in the 1500m (PR).

2016 Indoor: Competed in seven meets…Tallied five top-10 finishes…Set PRs in the 800m (1:59.87) and mile (4:23.91)…Runner-up in the 800m (PR) at the Redhawks Invite (2/19)…Apart of distance medley relay squad to take second (11:08.16) at the SIUE Dual Meet (1/29)…Helped 4x400m team to a fourth-place finish (3:27.82) at the Missouri Invitational (1/15)…Came in fifth in the mile at the EIU Early Bird (12/11/15) with a time of 4:32.19…Added a tenth-place finish in the mile (PR) at the OVC Championship (2/27).

2015 Cross Country: Ran in four races…Had one top-50 finish…Finished in 25th place at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird with a time of 21:20.

Prep: Four-year letter winner in Track at Rolla…As a senior, earned All-State in 800m…State champ in 800m with a time of 1:54…Earned All-State honors his junior year in the 4x400m relay…Qualified for sectionals in the 4x800m as a freshman, and the 4x400m and 4x800m relays as a sophomore…Also played soccer in high school.
