2025 Cross Country: Competed in six meets...Ian made his Redhawks debut at the Redhawks XC Invite where he set a personal best at the 5k distance finishing in in 16:02.0 and finishing 25th overall...At the Walt Crawford Open he finished in 27th in 26:52.9...He ran back-to-back similar times starting at the Redbird Invite where he ran the 8k in 26:20.4. At the Gans Creek Classic he finished in 26:29.4...His season low time was a 26:07.3 at the Angel Mounds Invitational...He finished his season at the OVC Championships where he ran the race in 26:25.7.

William Woods: Finished 7th in the 2023 American Midwest Conference (AMC) cross country meet and 5th in the AMC meet in 2024...Carries a XC personal best of 25:39.2...Two-time NAIA national qualifier. On the track he carries indoor PR's of 2:39.21 in the 1,000m, 4:26.6 in the mile and 9:17.3 in the 3000m. Outdoor his PR's are 1:58.3 in the 800m, 3:53.3 in the 1,500m and 15:52.7 in the 5,000m...Part of the school and AMC 4x800m relay...AMC champion in the mile, 4x800 relay and DMR...Three-time NAIA national qualifier on the track... AMC All-Academic (2021-25) and USTFCCCA All-Academic (2025).

Prep: All-District in XC for the 2020 season...All-State in XC during the 2021 season...Qualified for the state track meet in the 4x800, the mile (4:37) and the two mile (10:03).
