2014 Cross Country: Ran in all seven meets of the 2014 season... Posted three top-ten finishes... Finished fifth at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird in 14:52... Finished 10th at the Forest Park Cross Country Festival and ninth at the Saluki Invitational... Was Southeast’s top-finisher at the Louisville Classic in 84th-place... Earned Second Team All-OVC honors with a 12th-place finish in 17:57... Her time of 21:30 at the Midwest Regional was top-five in school history. 

2014 Outdoor: Ran in five outdoor meets... Set a new career-best time in the 5000m race at the Kansas Relays with a time of 17:35, finishing seventh... Finished second in the 5K at the Joey Haines Invitational in a time of 17:54... At the OVC Championships, she finished eighth in the 5000m (18:06) and fifth in the 10K (36:52)... Her 36:52 10K ranks ninth in Southeast’s top-ten list... Southeast Scholar-Athlete... Member of the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll. 

2014 Indoor: Competed in five meets... Set a new career mile time at the SIU Invitational with a time of 5:17... Had a career performance at the OVC Championships in the 3000m with a time of 10:23, finishing ninth... Finished third in the 5000m race at the OVC Championship with a time of 17:44... Won the 5K at the Indiana Relays in 17:38. 

2013 Cross Country: Competed in the last four meets of the season... Placed 20th at the Saluki Invitational (9/21) with a time of 19:33... Placed 16th at the OVC Championship (11/2) with a time of 19:01.

2013 Outdoor: Ran in seven meets… Named a Southeast Scholar-Athlete… Earned the OVC Medal of Honor and Placed on the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Ran a career-best 17:55.50 to take fifth in the 5000m at the Louisville Twilight (5/10)… Took fourth in the steeplechase (11:23.88) at the OVC Outdoor Championships (5/3-4)… Finished the steeplechase in a career-best 11:20.86 (fifth place) at the Vanderbilt Invitational (4/19-20).

2013 Indoor: Raced in four meets… Took third in the 3000m (11:47.40) at the Redhawks Invitational (2/15)… Notched season-bests in both the 3000m (13th; 10:40.33) and 5000m (12th; 18:29.78) at the OVC Indoor Championships (2/22-23).

2012 Cross Country: Competed in all regular season meets during the 2012 season… Best finish for a 5K was at the OVC Championship, where she finished 25th with a time of 18:26.38… Had two top-ten finishes during the season.

2012 Outdoor: Ran in six meets… Received the OVC Medal of Honor… Named a Southeast Scholar-Athlete… Placed on the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Won the steeplechase (11:45.58) at the Joey Haines Invitational… Took fourth in the steeplechase (11:39.80) at the OVC Outdoor Championships (5/4-5)… Posted three top-five finishes.

2012 Indoor: Competed in four meets… Best finish was ninth place in the 5000m (18:25.25) at the OVC Indoor Championships… Earned a career-best mark of 5:32.61 in the mile run at the SIU Saluki Open.

2011 Cross Country: Competed in all meets during the season… Recorded a season best time of 18:50 at the Greater Louisville Classic where she placed 32nd… Earned a top 10 finish at the SIUE Cross Country Challenge… Placed 19th at the OVC Championships.

Prep: Ran cross country and track in high school.

Personal: Born July 22, 1993… Daughter of Don and Lois Westlake… Majoring in dietetics.
