2025 Outdoor: Pole Vaulted in seven meets...Posted five top 12 finishes...Opened the season with two clearances starting at the Ole Miss Classic (12th, 10.8.75", 3.27m) as well as at the Pacesetter Sports Invitational (seventh, 11' 1.75", 3.40m)...She finished 12th at the Gibson Invitational reaching 11' 3.75" (3.45m)...Ham placed fourth at the Memphis Tiger Invitational posting a mark of 11' 5" (3.48m).

2025 Indoor: Competed in eight meets...Notched three top 10 finishes...Her first clearance came at the Redhawks Invite when she cleared until 11' 5.75 (3.50m) placing second...At the next meet the Show-Me Showdown she finished fifth with. mark of 11' 1.75" (3.40m)...She won the event at the Don DeNoon Invite clearing 11' 5.75" (3.50m).

2024 Outdoor: Vaulted at four meets…Placed seventh and eight in back-to-back meets with heights of 9' 3.75" and 10' 11.75" at the Richard Martin Invite and Joey Haines Invite…Cleared a height of 12' 2.75" to record a new personal best and take fifth at the Memphis Tiger Invite…Ended the season with a mark of 10' 10.75" (10th) at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championship.

2024 Indoor: Vaulted at three meets…Cleared a height of 10' 11.75" to take sixth at the 
Edmunds-Wilt Invite…Stood alone atop the podium at the Bellarmine open after vaulting over a height of 11' 0.75"...At the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic vaulted to a height of 10' 6"(12th) to end the season.

Prep: Graduated from Frenchtown High School in May 2023…Was a three year letter-winner and starter for coach Dan Moe…Won the Class A state title with a pole vault jump of 10’9”...Placed second in state her senior season with a vault of 11’...Ham’s personal best in the event sits at 11’3”...Was a three year All-Conference selection and two year All-State selection…In addition to track and field she competed in gymnastics for ten years and was also on the popular television show 'American Ninja Warrior' in 2018 and 2019.
